The Eye of Amethio

The Attack

Amethio ran with great concern to his Ceruledge, which had been defeated by Umbreon. He knelt down beside Ceruledge to check on it. Behind Amethio, the Umbreon, tainted by the Eternal Blessing, growled. Amethio looked at it. Suddenly, without Spinel commanding Umbreon to attack, it lunged at Amethio. It used Quick Attack and slashed Amethio across the eye with one of its claws. The injury was so severe that Amethio staggered backward and lost consciousness. Liko didn't know what to do. She just looked at Spinel, who seemed unfazed by the fact that Umbreon had badly hurt Amethio.

Now Terapagos could no longer hold back and transformed into its combat form. It absorbed the Eternal Blessing, and Umbreon returned to normal, though it was now unable to fight. Spinel recalled it into its Poké Ball and ran off with a smug smile.

Liko, with Floragto at her side and Terapagos in her arms, rushed to Amethio to check if he was alright. But he wasn't. He had a deep gash over his eye.

Liko knelt beside him and gently stroked his wound. As she did, she felt something strange on the wound, but she didn't know what it was. However, she knew she had to do something. Quickly, Liko pulled out her Rotom Phone from her jacket pocket and called Friede. He answered: "Hey, Liko! Where are you? The others are looking for you!" "There's no time for that!" she replied seriously, "I need your help! It's about Amethio. He's seriously injured!" Without asking many questions, Friede informed the Rising Volt Tacklers to come immediately with the airship.

Meanwhile, Liko did everything she could to treat Amethio. She took the ointment from her backpack, which Floragato had brought her. She also bandaged his head. All of this was done under the watchful eyes of Ceruledge.

After what felt like an eternity, Liko, Floragato, and Ceruledge saw the Brave Olivine. It landed in a clearing in the snow. Quickly, Roy, Dot, Friede, and Mollie, along with their Pokémon, rushed to them. Mollie knelt down beside Amethio. "We need to get him to the ship. I can treat him there," she said seriously.

They brought Amethio onto the ship, directly to Mollie's treatment room. Ceruledge wanted to go in as well, but Captain Pikachu stopped it. "Mollie needs peace to treat him," Friede explained. Ceruledge didn't seem satisfied with this, but it complied.

Suddenly, Mollie came out of the door. "How is he?" Liko asked, worried. "Chansey and I treated him. He'll probably need to stay with us for a few days so I can properly treat his wound," she said. "Good, I'll ask Murdock if he can prepare a room for him," Friede decided.

Ceruledge now desperately wanted to be with Amethio. Mollie allowed it, knowing that Ceruledge wouldn't disturb Amethio. On the contrary, it would probably calm him down when he woke up.

"What can we do now?" Roy asked. "We can only wait until he wakes up," Mollie replied, "but it's best if you leave him to rest." They took Mollie's advice to heart and waited for him to wake up.
