LOCATION: TOKYO

The evening air in Tokyo was cool and crisp, the neon lights reflecting off the bustling streets as Y/N Glinton walked with a relaxed pace. At 19, Y/N was the embodiment of a gamer—passionate about history, strategy, and especially games set during WWI and WWII. His headphones blasted energetic anime soundtracks, keeping him in the zone.

(Music playing in his headphones)

Y/N (thinking): Should I grab some snacks for tonight’s gaming session? Ramen, chips, maybe a cola to wash it down?

Lost in his thoughts, he arrived at a busy crosswalk. The light turned green, and Y/N stepped onto the road with a casual stride, his eyes scanning the vibrant neon signs above.

BEEEPPP!

The blaring honk of a car horn ripped him out of his daydream. A sleek black sedan was speeding toward him, its headlights glaring like twin suns.

Y/N: “What the—?”

Pure instinct kicked in. He jumped backward just in time, hitting the pavement hard as the car rushed past. The driver yelled something unintelligible from the window.

Driver: “Watch where you’re walking, kid!”

Y/N (shouting): “Me? Learn how to drive, idiot!”

He dusted himself off, glaring at the retreating car. The crowd around him murmured in shock, but Y/N just shrugged it off.

Y/N (thinking): That was too close. Drivers in this city are insane.

He stepped back onto the crosswalk, but before he could take another step, the unmistakable sound of screeching tires filled the air.

Another car was headed straight for him.

Y/N: “Oh, come ON!”

He dashed to the side, narrowly avoiding the vehicle as it swerved past him.

Y/N (panting): “Is this some kind of sick joke? Final Destination or something?!”

His heart raced, but before he could catch his breath, a motorcycle shot out from a side street, speeding directly toward him.

Y/N (yelling): “SERIOUSLY?!”

With no time to think, he dove to the side, scraping his palms on the rough asphalt. The crowd gasped, and someone shouted, “Kid, get off the road!”

Y/N (muttering): “Yeah, no kidding.”

He staggered to his feet, shaking his head in disbelief.

Y/N (thinking): I need to get home before I—

A low rumble interrupted his thoughts. His stomach dropped as he turned, his eyes widening.

A massive truck was barreling toward him.

Y/N: “No… no, no, NO!”

The truck screeched to a halt just inches away, the force of the wind nearly knocking him over. Y/N froze, staring wide-eyed at the massive vehicle.

The driver rolled down the window, his face pale.

Driver: “Kid! Are you okay? I’m so sorry! I didn’t see you!”

Y/N (yelling): “Are you trying to kill me?! Watch where you’re going!”

The driver apologized profusely, but Y/N just shook his head and stepped back onto the sidewalk, heart still racing.

Y/N (thinking): That’s it. I’m taking the long way home.

But before he could move, the sound of another engine reached his ears.

Another truck.

His eyes widened as he turned to see a second truck charging toward him from the opposite direction. He dove to the side just in time, the truck missing him by mere inches.

Y/N (panting): “Okay, this is getting ridiculous.”

He sat up, still catching his breath, but then, a shadow loomed over him.

Y/N (thinking): Wait… what now?

He looked up to see a third truck—massive, fast, and impossible to avoid—barreling toward him with terrifying speed. There was no time to react.

Y/N (yelling): “WHY ME?!”

The impact was instant. The world spun as Y/N was launched through the air, his body crashing into the pavement with a sickening thud. Pain shot through his body, and blood began pooling beneath him.

Y/N (thinking): This… this has to be some kind of joke…

As his vision blurred, he saw the horrified faces of the crowd gathering around him. Someone screamed for an ambulance, but it was too late. His breath hitched, his chest tightened, and everything around him faded to black.

In a Faraway Galaxy – The Watcher’s Realm

High above Earth, in the vast expanse of space, a shimmering throne floated among the stars. A figure sat atop it, her silver hair flowing like liquid moonlight. She leaned forward, her eyes gleaming with delight as she watched the scene unfold below.

??? (laughing): “Oh, Truck-kun, you never fail me. Three hits in one night? That’s a personal best.”

Beside her, the ethereal silhouette of a truck flickered and vanished, leaving behind a glowing orb of light. She reached out, cradling the orb in her hands.

??? (smirking): “Y/N Glinton, you’ve had a rough night. But don’t worry. Your real adventure is just beginning.”

The orb pulsed faintly, and a weak voice echoed from within.

Y/N: “What… what is this? Where am I?”

The woman chuckled softly, a grin spreading across her face.

??? (grinning): “Oh, you’re in my realm now.”
