The air was crisp as Yami and her Pokémon, Indra the Shiny Shinx and Kage the Rookiedee, made their way through the dense woods of Route 2. The sounds of rustling leaves and distant bird calls surrounded them as they walked, with Yami occasionally speaking to her Pokémon.

"You know, Kage," Yami said, glancing up at the Rookiedee perched on her shoulder, "I think we make a pretty good team. You've gotten stronger, and Indra's been pretty full of himself, but at least he's got the moves to back it up."

Indra, still with that same air of arrogance, flicked his tail and gave a soft, confident "Shin!" Kage responded with a sharp "Rook!" and gave an exaggerated flap of his wings as if he too were basking in the glory of their previous victories.

Suddenly, a rustling noise in the nearby bushes caught their attention. Yami furrowed her brows, her hand instinctively reaching for a Pokéball. Out from the thicket appeared a Galarian Zigzagoon, struggling against a rope tied to a nearby tree. Standing in front of it was a familiar figure—Meowth—the mischievous cat Pokémon from Team Rocket.

"What... What are you doing to that Zigzagoon?" Yami asked, her voice stern as she stepped forward, clearly concerned for the small Pokémon.

Meowth grinned slyly, stepping aside to reveal a large banner that read: "Team Rocket's Capture Operation!" The banner had a drawing of Jessie and James striking poses, making Yami roll her eyes. Before she could react, the trio—Jessie, James, and Meowth—stepped out dramatically in front of the Zigzagoon, ready to deliver their signature motto.

Jessie raised her arms dramatically, striking a pose as she began:

"Prepare for trouble!"

James, following suit, took a dramatic step forward and said:

"Make it double!"
