Wei ying sat straight as he heard the door opening sound. He was nervous and excited at the same time.

It was Lan Yi who entered Jingshi. Lan Yi looked at Wei ying (who was sitting on the bed) with disgust. Lan Yi went near the bed and stood in front of Wei ying.

Wei ying looked up as he felt that this person is not lan Wangji.

Wei ying got confused seeing lan Yi. Wei ying removed his veil and started looking at lan Yi in confusion.

Lan Yi said while glaring at Wei ying , "Wei Wuxian ! No need to be so happy about this marriage. Your life won't be easy here. If I didn't made your life hell , my name won't be Lan Yi. So...be prepared. Don't expect anything good from me. Get that?"

Wei ying just lowered his head. Lan Yi glared at Wei ying for the last time and then left from there. Wei ying glanced at the door when he heard the door closing sound.

Wei ying mumbled , "Why does she hate me this much? I don't feel good. Will my life really be bad here?"

Wei ying sighed and then covered his face with veil again.

Some time passed. Wei ying leaned on the bed. Wei ying sat properly as he heard the door opening sound.

This time Wangji entered. Wangji gave a small smile as his eyes fell on Wei ying. Wangji came near the bed and stood Infront of Wei ying.

Wangji extended his hands and removed the veil from Wei ying's face . Wangji got amazed to see Wei ying. Wei ying looked drop dead gorgeous in red robes and with that makeup...he looked fire . Wangji got lost in Wei ying's beauty. He couldn't help but admire him.

Wei ying lifted his head and glanced at Wangji who was looking at him without blinking. Wei ying felt shy and he averted his gaze .

Wei ying said , "Alpha ! Don't stare at me like that. I'm feeling shy".

Hearing this Wangji came out of his thoughts. Wangji shook his head and glanced at Wei ying's face again which was red with embarrassment.

Wangji sat on the bed beside Wei ying. For few minutes there was silence between them.

Wangji said breaking the silence , "We both know in which conditions we got married. If you want time , I'll give you as much time as you want. And if you want to proceed in our relationship....I will respect that decision of yours too".

Wei ying hummed in response saying , "Hm. I understand. Well...I won't have a problem if we proceed further in our relationship and consummate our marriage".

Wei ying blushed as he said this . He was feeling so shy . Wangji's ears turned red . He didn't expected this little omega to say all this so easily.

Wei ying remembered something. He got up from the bed and went towards the side table. There were two glasses of milk kept on the table.

Wei ying remembers what Xia told him. Xia told him to 'drink one glass him and give the other to Wangji'.

Wei ying came back towards the bed and extended the glass of milk towards Wangji.

Wei ying said , "Alpha ! Drink this".

Wangji hummed in response and took the glass from Wei ying. Wangji's heartbeat increased hearing the word "Alpha" from Wei ying's mouth . Wangji glanced at Wei ying for a second and then drank the milk. Wei ying drank the milk too .
