FIRST HAPPINESS

Taehyung is wide awake,his eyes searching for the answers.At outside it's still very dark.

For the first time in his life maybe the previous night he slept properly.Because the song which used to wake him up in the middle of night couldn't be heard that night.

"Am I going to be normal from now on?"

Taehyung is in a dilemma, he's smiling to himself but he doesn't let his hopes get too high, remembering how he had to suffer in the past before.Whenever he hopes that things are going to be fine something more worse happens with him.

"At least I got some sleep after years. I should be thankful for that."Taehyung mutters a little too loudly, waking up jimin along.

"Tae baby, why are you awake this early? Come sleep with me or did that song not let you sleep again?"he hugs taehyung's torso lightly,voice groggy from sleep.

"Jimin, something weird happened."

All the sleepiness seemingly runs away from jimin's body when he hears this.

"Baby",he makes taehyung face him,"Baby you saw that snake again?Or the person who sings the song for you?Are you hurt anywhere?"Jimin cups Taehyung's fluffy cheeks, squeezing them like some stress ball.

"Uff jiminie no I mean I guess it's something good?I didn't hear the song in my dreams,i didn't even wake up like how I usually do every midnight." Taehyung makes a pout.

"Aish isn't it a good thing then?Why are you making that face huh?be happy finally that shitty voice from your life is gone."Jimin looks rather happy at the information,he doesn't know if the happiness will last but he can just hope for taehyung.

Taehyung doesn't says anything for a few minutes and just stares at jimin's face then sobs out while smiling through the tears."Jiminie am I free now?That voice won't come back right?"

Oh my poor baby,how much you've suffered to be crying this desperately after knowing you don't have to hear that voice.

Jimin wipes taehyung's tears and pets his hair, making his hiccups lessen down."My baby don't cry,If after years it finally stopped for a night then I am sure in future there won't be any of it."

Taehyung's red tear strained eyes shine brightly indicating how happy he is to hear this.

It may seem childish to many that how getting enough sleep for one night made taehyung cry out in joy,but you may never know how much painful it is to have your sleep taken away from you even when you so desperately want to close your eyes and nothing more.Ask those who have insomnia,those who thrash in the bed at night and cry themselves to some sleep.

"Everything is going to be fine taehyung shhh now close your eyes,you need some more sleep cutie." jimin pats taehyung's back, flashing a comforting smile at him.

And like that, sleep again overtook taehyung's senses.

"Thank you god for answering my prayers, don't let him suffer anymore please.He doesn't deserve any of this,show him some mercy please." Jimin prays internally,while caressing his now asleep bestfriend's cheeks.His eyes show pity and sadness,maybe a little bit of sleep too.

Soon he also falls asleep,his hands resting on taehyung's warm cheeks.

"Jimin taehyung come down fast, breakfast is ready, it'll get cold otherwise!" Kim haeri shouts from the kitchen.

"yes mom coming!"Taehyung answers back for both himself and jimin since his best friend is still inside the bathroom taking a shower.

Taehyung walks towards the closed bathroom door and knocks on it."Jiminie mom is calling for us,hurry up."
