= Chapter 2 =

"Go show us what you got" Bailey shoved demitras arm slightly as she nodded towards rain, sitting at a table on her phone "wait thats rain?! why are hell havent you guys showed me!" demitra rolled her eyes and stood up before the girl could speak

she walked over to the table and sat across from the hooded person "Hey..rain right? i was in ur room at the post last night" she fiddled with her earring, waiting for rain to look up

rain looked up with low red eyes "jesus are you- whatever listen i was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime?"

"huh?" rain said rather quietly

"hm..let me see ur phone" demitra put her hand out, the girl picked up her phone and handed it to demitra

"no password?" she thought to herself, typing in her number and pressed the call button.

she let it ring for a second before hanging up

"okay! im look forward to hanging out with you!" demitra gave the girl a smile before standing up and walking back to her table, the smile immediately dropping

"what happened?" bailey asked as she chewed her white gum. "Totally fucking out of it..why the fuck would you two make me deal with her?" she said letting out a scoff as she watched the girl from afar

"I told you..she's practically a zombie around here" bailey snickered "guys quit being rude..you dont know what shes going through" ava said quietly

"do you have a little crush on her or something? geez shes obviously putting herself through this so let her kill herself for all i care" bailey snapped at the brunette on her right

"finally we can going home" Ava groaned as she leaned her head back on a locker, bailey looked in the small mirror in her locker as demitra zipped her bag up "You guys wanna swing by?"  Demitra added "is noah gonna be there?" bailey inquired

"...uh...no?" demitra responded, crossing her arms as her mood was now annoyed

"okay well...i mean i guess" bailey closed her locker after demitra "finally!" ava said in relief

"Okay so when are you gonna text rain, you do want this money right?" Bailey reminded "Yeah..how about now?" demitra nibbled on her lip

"let me see the phone i got this!" her blonde friend gave a proud look

she handed the phone over to bailey, who started typing. Her nails clicking against the screen

Hey its Demitra. Was wondering when we could hang out?

"okay now we just-" her phone buzzed

"jesus, must be desperate to see what demi tastes like" demitras eyes popped out as she turned towards bailey "ew thats actually so gross.."

"Okay! tomorrow is when you will be hanging out"

"Bailey seriously?! tomorrow is saturday i have a date!" demitra groaned and snatched her phone back

"oh well! just cancel its probably gonna be the only one anyways"

"Guys calm down...demi, rain isnt that bad" ava ensured

"Pfft, not that bad? she's horrible" bailey mumbled

"Guys im serious..shes not that bad" ava said again

"oh yeah and how would you know?" bailey raised an eyebrow as demitra stayed silent "wait, wait..dont tell me you messed with clement ava" bailey said as she face started to turn. ava kept quiet and looked away "no fucking way! you dated rain?! you probably went through hell" bailey laughed out loud "actually, she was very sweet and out going, yeah she was using drugs and always high and grumpy but she was a good person!" Ava raised her voice

Demitras door opened, they all turned towards it. sunday held open the door "Demi...they have to start heading home mom said" bailey quickly stood up and gathered her things before leaving, they heard her walk down the steps and the front door opened and close

Ava sighed as sunday walked in a closed the door "i thought we told you not to keep her around?" sunday said messing with her sisters things

"i know, i know...im working on it" demitra laid back on her bed "good, ava are you staying?" sunday questioned "yeah i dont really feel like going home tonight" she said as she sat on demitras bed "okay..goodnight love you guys" sunday spoke as she started to walk out "love you too" both girls said before turning off the lights and laying down, a movie playing as they both did their own things on their phones.
