"Female, 9 years old, low blood pressure, and trouble breathing. She has VHL, tumours mostly forming around heart and brain!" A paramedic shouts, as she wheels the young girl into the hospital to Dr. Altman, who carries on wheeling her in. "Page Dr. Robbins, and Dr. Shepherd. Dr. Yang, you're with me." She shouts, as she runs through the hospital, pushing the gurney with the crying and wheezing girl on it. "It's okay sweetheart, crying will make it worse, take deep breaths, focus on your deep breaths."

A man runs into the pit, shouting at the doctors. "Robin, her name is Robin Channing, she gets her VHL from her mother!" Dr. Hunt, who's in charge of the pit, makes his way over to him, and guides him through the hospital. "I assure you Robin is in good hands, Dr. Altman and Dr. Robbins are great surgeons."

"We've just moved here! None of her normal surgeons are here, she'll be scared, she needs me with her." He protests. Dr. Hunt diverts the man to the desk in the pit. "I understand, sir. Dr. Grey!" Two women turns around, the darker-haired woman with a charts in her hands, and the other tending to a patient. "Little Grey, can you go check on Dr. Altman's patient?" He continues, and quickly mouths to her before she leaves. "See if she's stable enough for her dad to see her." She nods, and heads off.

"Robin-Mae Channing, she hates being called that, she'll answer to Bobbi or Robin if you're lucky. She's 9 and she's got VHL. She got it from her mother." Owen nods, and finds her on the system. "Your wife is called Mariana Charles-Channing...and she died in 2007. I'm sorry for your loss, and you are Jonathan Channing." Jonathan nods, and runs his fingers through his brunette hair. "Can I see her, Bobbi?" Owen carries on typing on the computer, focused on the information. "Let's wait for Dr. Grey to arrive?"

Dr. Grey walks into Robin's room, where Dr. Altman is trying to examine the girl, but she is fussing, clearly distraught. "Dr. Grey, I thought I was assigned Dr. Yang." Dr. Altman says, getting frustrated at the child but keeping control of her temper. "Dr. Hunt sent me up here." Little Grey replies, and Dr. Altman sighs. "Why would Owen send you up here? He's not on this case, it's not trauma." She goes to reply, but Dr. Robbins comes around the corner, making her way to Robin's bedside "Who's this little princess, and why is she crying?"

"We are not actually sure, Owen sent up Lexie instead of the charts." Dr. Grey sighs. "Her father is with Dr. Hunt, he wanted to know if he could come up and see his daughter, but I will go and get the chart for you." Dr. Altman still has a look of annoyance on her face but nods, and Dr. Robbins smiles. "Thank you, Lexie. Please tell Alex that I'm waiting for him, and just get Hunt to tell the father to give us some time to examine his daughter." Lexie quickly hurries downstairs, and Dr. Robbins nudges Dr. Altman. "Teddy, you need to be nicer to her, she hasn't done anything wrong." Teddy takes a deep breath, and goes back to the patient.

Robin looks up at her with wide eyes, and says weakily. "Your name's Teddy, that so cool." Teddy looks at her surprised, but quickly smirks and says playfully. "Yeah, it is but that's Dr. Altman to you, but maybe if you stay still for us, you might get to call me Dr. Teddy." Robin sits still, and watches the doctors work, still wheezing but perkier. She looks at Dr. Robbins, who's waiting at the door for the young girl's chart. "Have you got a cool name too?" Dr. Robbins smiles, and nods. "I think my name is pretty cool, wouldn't you agree, Dr. Altman?" Teddy nods along. "My name is Arizona, Arizona Robbins."

The young girl gasps, which sets her off coughing, and means that Teddy ends up rubbing her back. Lexie runs back up the stairs with the chart, and Alex trailing behind. Arizona takes the chart from Lexie's hands, and reads through it, becoming concerned. "Page Dr. Shepherd. We need an ultrasound in here." She passes the chart to Teddy, who mirrors her concern. "Hey Robin, we need to check out your chest." The girl looks up at her. "Please call me Bobbi." All the surgeons nod, and two technicians set up the ultrasound.

"What's so urgent?" Lexie whispers to Alex, who is reading the chart every doctor seems to worry over. He points to the words in bold on the paper. 'Genetic Von Hippel-Lindau Disease.' Teddy begins the ultrasound on Bobbi's chest, immediately noticing the tumour on the girl's pericardium. "There's a teratoma on her pericardium, that will explain the low blood pressure," The silence is tense, as Teddy scans her lungs. "and a hamartoma on her left lung."

Arizona speaks up, as she looks at the scan. "Take her up to CT, and someone page Dr. Shepherd!" They start to move her bed out of her room, and into the elevator. Bobbi's eyes flicker up to Teddy as the elevator starts to move. "I stayed still, I didn't cry, can I call you Dr. Teddy now?" The doctors in the elevator all smile to themselves, as Teddy nods. "You've been a very brave girl, and I need you to carry on. I know it's scary, and the machine might look quite scary, but you're brave, you're going to be a big, brave girl." The young girl nods, and the elevator stops at the floor needed. The group get off, and the patient gets wheeled to CT, which is already occupied.

"Callie, how long are you going to be?" Arizona shouts through the door, into the room. She replies. "We are just about to start." Teddy sighs, and enters the room, closing the door behind her. "We have a 9 year old girl with VHL, she has teratomas on her pericardium and aorta, and a hamartoma on the left lung. She can't breathe and has a very low blood pressure, we need to get a CT to see if we need to take her to the OR." Callie sighs, and runs her hand through her hair. "Just be quick." She turns the comms on. "Wrap it up, Dr. Altman and Dr. Robbins need the room." The doctors remove their patient from the CT scan, and leave the room, Callie following soon after. "You need to be quick, Dr. Shepherd needs to take my patient to an MRI." Arizona walks in, and sit at the desk smirking. "Tell him he also needs to come see Robin Channing for a consult." Callie's face turns more frustrated, and Arizona smiles to her. "You love me really, Calliope." Callie glares at her, and leaves.

As the nurses get Bobbi set up in the scan, she starts fussing, feeling trapped and uncomfortable. "You've got to be still for us, Bobbi." Arizona pleads, but to no avail, so Teddy takes over. "Remember our deal, and I know it's scary but I bet you've been in one of these before, what did your old doctors used to do?" Bobbi's voice shakes, as she looks around. "Sing." Both Arizona and Teddy look at each other, and Arizona hesitate but starts to sing. "Where do you go with your broken heart in tow...What do you do with the left-over you." She nudges Teddy, who takes a few seconds to remember the lyrics, and sings surprisingly well. "And how do you know when to let go? Where did the good go?"
