Sierra and Electra sat cross-legged on the smooth grass, eyes closed in meditation. The gentle hum of Energy City filled the air, grounding them in the moment.

Electra opened her eyes and studied her daughter, the Fairy of Competition, with a thoughtful expression. "Sierra," she began, "as the Fairy of Competition, there will be moments where strategy is the key to success—whether you're in a battle or on the court. Let's practice. I'll create a scenario, and I want you to use your power to receive a problem-solving vision that can turn the tide. But there's one condition: I'll be watching how relaxed you are while you do it. Ready?"

Sierra nodded, but there was a flicker of nervousness in her eyes. "I'm ready, but... what does being relaxed have to do with getting a vision?" she asked.

Electra smiled gently. "I'll explain after the exercise. For now, focus on the scenario. Picture this: you're fighting an enemy who is much stronger than you. You've already tried a spell to trap them, but they broke free. What's your next move?"

Sierra took a deep breath, letting the scenario settle in her mind. She closed her eyes, searching for clarity, but her shoulders were tight, her brow furrowed. Electra observed her daughter silently, noticing the tension in her body.

After a couple of minutes, Sierra's posture softened, her breathing deepened, and her expression relaxed. She opened her eyes. "If my trapping spell didn't work," she said thoughtfully, "I'd analyze their movements to figure out their weakness. Then, I'd use a convergence spell with teammates to exploit it."

Electra clapped her hands softly. "Great strategy! You nailed it. But I noticed something while you were searching for your vision—you started off very tense."

Sierra blinked in surprise. "Is that bad?"

Electra shook her head. "Not bad, but it can make things harder. When you're tense, your mind works against itself. Staying relaxed helps you think clearly and lets your visions come through more naturally."

"Okay," Sierra said, leaning forward with interest. "How do I do that?"

Electra smiled. "It's a simple technique called a body scan. Close your eyes and focus on your body, starting at the top of your head. Work your way down, noticing any tension. When you find it, consciously relax that muscle. For example, if your shoulders are tight, imagine them loosening. Once you've relaxed from head to toe, you'll be in the best state to receive a vision."

"That sounds amazing! I want to try it," Sierra said eagerly.

"Take your time," Electra encouraged, giving her a thumbs up. "With practice, you'll find it easier and faster to use. Relaxed problem-solving is one of the greatest tools you'll have as the Fairy of Competition."
