Chapter Nineteen

Doctor Smiths POV

I was on my way to Toms house when I bumped into his beta. Lucas didn't know who I was until I told him my story, it looked like he was in a hurry so I asked him right away "where is alpha Tom?"

He looked at me.

"I'm sorry but he's really busy and won't be able to help you right now, try coming back in a few days."

I laughed, "I believe you guys need my help." He looked confused at my words but didn't say anything so I continued "I know where the Luna is and I need to speak to the alpha right now." He pulled my arm, "lets go then."

When we got to the house he took me into Toms office. I saw him standing and looking over a map of the city. Lucas got right to it and said "he knows where Emma is."

Tom ran up to me. "Doctor Smith?" I nodded and said I can take you to the Luna. He was shocked. "How do you know about her?" I told him the story right away, when I told him that the rouges called me because she was sick, his fists were squeezed tight and he looked like he wanted to kill anyone who came in his way, then I told him I had to examine her and when I did I figured out that she was pregnant, his fists opened and I noticed a small smile appear but it quickly disappeared.

"Take me to her."

Seconds later it was me and the alpha leading the pack making our way to rescue the Luna.

Tom's POV

If only I didn't find out this way, I am happy to hear she's carrying my pup but she's in danger right now, both of them are. As soon as I find her I'm going to kill everyone who laid a finger on her, especially if they hurt my baby.

I know that the rouges hit Em in the face because I felt the shocks run through my cheeks, eyes, and my nose, all I know is when I find her I'm killing anyone went near her. Who knows what I'd be doing right now if doctor Smith hadn't showed up.

Emma's POV

When I woke up I was laying on the floor, my hands were still tied but the chair I was once sitting on was now far away from me. I was so confused.

I remember that guy hitting me over and over again but when I blacked out I was still on the chair, why am I on the floor now? As soon as I asked myself that question the door across the room opened and Shayne and Trevor walked in, I now realized why I was on the floor and what exactly they were planing on doing.

Toms POV

We ran for exactly two hours and twenty minutes stopping in front of an old rundown warehouse, then doctor Smith said "we're here," there were two rouges guarding the door, I attacked them and they were dead in seconds. I heard Emma scream, "please don't touch me."

I ran straight for her with my pack following behind. I followed the sounds of her screams and ended up in a basement. I broke the door down and saw two men with their pants around their ankles, their hands pinned Emma's wrists over her head and they were trying to rape her, luckily Emma is strong, she fought them off long enough.

When they saw me they had fear in their eyes. Emma was beaten up and had blood running down her face, that sight alone made my wolf jump on the guys. These bitches hurt my girl and they were going to rape her, I am going to tear them apart limb by limb.

Once the two rouges were dead I ran to my mate and hugged her, she cried and cried I asked her to stop but she said she couldn't hold the tears back any longer.

Then a tall man ran in, Emma looked terrified, "what's wrong" I asked her, she looked straight at him, "he's the one who would beat me."

I kissed her head, "well now it's my turn to beat him."

I ran towards him and grabbed him by the neck, he struggled trying to get out of my hold but he was to weak for me, I threw him on the ground and stood over his body, I bent down to his face, "you hit a woman? You hit a fucking woman?" Then I kicked him in the face and after a couple more hits I shifted a while later he was laying on the floor lifeless.

When everything was over I untied Emma's hands and examined her face, her eye was swollen and her mouth had blood pouring out of it.

"I did all I could to keep their attention off the pup."

I hugged her like I was never going to let go. I sent Lucas back to the house to get my car so I could drive Emma home, while we were waiting doctor Smith examined Emma and said her and the baby were both healthy.

When Lucas finally got here I held Emma bridal style and put her in the passenger seat, I told the pack to run home while I drove my car. I heard soft whimpers escape Emma's mouth, man I feel like shit, how could I let this happen to her?

I pulled over to the side of the road and held Emma's small hand, she looked at me like she wanted to say something but before she could I pressed my lips on hers softly she wrapped her arms around my neck and rested her forehead on mine. "I'm so sorry." I whispered, she looked at me, "don't be, this isn't your fault."

We both spoke at the same time.

"I love you."

I pressed my lips against hers, kissing her much longer this time. When we arrived home I carried her to our bedroom and laid her on the bed.

I'm never leaving her alone again. We both hadn't slept in days so we ended up falling asleep in each others arms.

Emma's POV

When I woke up the first thing I saw was Tommy's face, I smiled because we both had our heads on the same pillow.

I moved myself closer to his body and hugged him. I know I was only gone for two days but it felt like years of not seeing him. Even though he was sleeping I could still see the exhaustion in my face. Without waking him up I rolled out of bed and ran into the bathroom. When I looked in the mirror I noticed that most of my face was healed, there was a little bump on the side of my mouth but that would go away soon. I took a quick shower and wrapped a towel around my body, when I stepped in to the room I noticed the bed was empty I let out a frustrated breath right before I was grabbed by the waist and picked up off the floor, right away I knew it was Tom, he kissed my neck.

"I've missed you so much," he walked me over to the bed and set me down gently, I laughed, "what is this gentle side to you that I've never seen before?" He chuckled and patted my stomach "I need to watch out for the little guy in there."

I pulled him down by his neck and placed a kiss on his lips, he felt the bump on my mouth and pulled away then lifted his thumb to rub it.

"I should have punished them more for hurting you so bad," his voice was low and he sounded sad.

"Tom it was the only way to protect our baby" he looked up at me.

"Our baby, I like the sound of that."
