It was a warm summer evening at the Bandicoot household, the kind of night where the soft breeze carried the scent of salt from the ocean, and the full moon cast its shimmering glow across the water. Everything felt peaceful, but Penny's heart was racing with anticipation. Tonight was the night she had been waiting for—an entire year of counting the days for this rare and magical event. The glowing jellyfish migration.

She stood barefoot on the cold sand, her eyes fixed on the horizon where the ocean met the sky, the moonlight dancing on the gentle waves. Crash was sitting next to her on the sand, his gaze following hers, though he hadn't yet asked what she was thinking about. He shifted slightly and nudged her gently with his elbow, tilting his head curiously, his expression full of the kind of quiet questions that didn't need words.

Penny smiled warmly at him, feeling her excitement bubbling up again. "I've been waiting for this moment for so long," she said, her voice soft but filled with emotion. "Aku-Aku told me stories about the glowing jellyfish migration, how they only appear once a year on nights like this when the moon is full. I've wanted to see them ever since I first heard about it."

Crash's eyes lit up with understanding as she spoke, and he gave a nod, gesturing with his hands to indicate the water, pointing at the sea with an animated curiosity. Penny's excitement was contagious, and Crash seemed eager to share in it. She couldn't help but giggle at his enthusiasm.

"It's supposed to be one of the most beautiful sights you can see here," Penny continued, her voice carrying a mix of awe and joy. "They glow so brightly in the dark, lighting up the ocean like stars floating just beneath the surface."

Crash, ever the expressive one, placed his hands over his chest, gesturing to Penny with a smile that showed how happy he was to experience this moment with her. His support and shared excitement meant the world to her, making this night even more special.

Penny's ears twitched at the sound of footsteps approaching, and she turned toward the noise, her face lighting up as soon as she saw Coco and Aku-Aku coming her way. Coco had a large picnic blanket draped over her arm, and a bag filled with snacks slung over her shoulder.

"You made it!" Penny exclaimed, her tail whipping back and forth with excitement. Crash, sitting beside her, smiled warmly at her unbridled enthusiasm.

Coco grinned, setting the bag down as she began spreading out the blanket. "Of course! I couldn't miss the glowing jellyfish! Plus, I brought snacks." She winked as Penny rushed over to help her, each grabbing a corner of the blanket.

Crash joined in, helping by placing rocks at the edges to keep the blanket from blowing away with the breeze. The group sat down, their shoes tucked to the side, and began munching on the treats Coco had packed.

The soft sounds of crashing waves and rustling palm trees surrounded them, creating a peaceful ambiance under the moonlit sky. Penny's eyes wandered toward the horizon, her anticipation building.

Suddenly, she spotted it—the first glowing jellyfish floating in the distance. Her eyes widened in amazement, a soft gasp escaping her lips. "Look!" she whispered, her voice filled with awe.
