Samus flies into space after she was being trusted by the Mondogias to take the gems and escape from the forces that Makuta now throws, Samus now already knows as she would bring the gems to somewhere out of his reach, until suddenly, she gets surrounded by a flock of space pirate ships, they know they're after the gems, Samus flies off with the gems as the space pirates chase her in space as they start blasting her ship which misses horribly

Samus manages to escape the attack as she makes her way to a strange opening in space, that appears to be a space slip gate, her ship's engines get hit as Samus' ship goes into the space slip gate that sends her into the Hisui Region as she lands in the sea, luckily her ship floats on the ocean till it goes to land, Samus gets out of her ship and investigates the region as she would take the gems and made sure no one finds it, she ends up at Jubilife Village, she never been to some place as she walks down into the old town of Jubilife

Samus carries the bag that contains the gems until she comes across Galaxy Hall, she doesn't know what it is, but she decides to enter anyway as she would find two other figures that may recognize, but it has come to her intension that they are that couple Samus was looking for
as she walked in, Professor Laventon comes across a new face
"Oh, hello, and who might you be?" asked the professor
"I'm Samus Aran, and I have seem to crash land here after I was chased by space pirates, they were after these" she lifts up the bag that contains the gems, Professor Laventon eyes widened, he couldn't believe his eyes
"T-Those are the gems the Mondogias were talking about" said Laventon
"You met them too?" she asked
"well after I was looking at some marking on the wall, then they came and said war is coming that the dark lord is after the gems, they are not safe here, we must send them somewhere where he cannot find them, any ideas?" said Laventon
"I know a place, if it comes to regions, then we should take them to Paldea where he won't find them" said Doom Winter
"what is this Paldea you speak of?" says the professor
"it is a region where I'm from, and I believe we can take the gems to the Doom Empire, so that they aren't found by the evil entity" said Doom Winter
"I never been to Paldea, but I think I'd be honored, Professor, I must go with Doom Winter to Paldea, what he's saying is rather true" said Maria Winter
"leave that to Cyllene, not me" said the professor
"they gave you the key, I can tell, you must come to Paldea, for Doom Winter's sake" said Samus
"I can hear you, seems like this sounds urgent, if you must leave to Paldea, then you must professor" said Captain Cyllene
"oh Cyllene, didn't know you standing there, I guess I have no options to continue my research" said Professor Laventon
"but what they entrusted you with the key, you must pass the knowledge, without it, the Dark Lord will enter and use the gems to bring darkness to the regions" said Doom Winter
"Oh, you seem to know much like what the Mondogias have, I guess I will" said the professor
"Then let us be on our way, but first, got any materials, one of my engines got blasted" said Samus asking for help
"Sure thing, we'll let them help you fix the engine" said Captain Cyllene
"Thanks Cyllene" said Samus
They gathered the materials to fix Samus' ship so that they can set forth to head on over to Paldea
