A loud blaring horn pierces through my eardrums and I spin around to see a massive black colour SUV car charging towards me like it's auditioning for Fast and Furious movie.
My body freezes on spot and I squeeze my eyes shut, ready to come a pancake under that jumbo size car.
Loud screeches of tires echo in my ears, and I get ready to meet Jesus.
My heart pounds violently against my ribs as I wait for the deadly impact of getting my bones crushed and I see the lights of heaven.
But nothing happens.
I crack one eye open and see the bonnet of the car with a Devil's trident logo, just inches away from my pretty face.
Well, this is awkward. I am still alive!
*HONK*
My skeleton jumps in my skin and I finally look up at the jerk behind the wheel, who could have easily driven pass me like any normal human, than pretending to run over me.
Black sunglasses hide his eyes, hanging on a sharp nose, lips that are way too full for a trashy driver and a jawline so sharp that could cut even pineapples.
Just then he takes off his glasses and for a brief second, everything goes silent.
The Universe pauses, the college goes into hush mode and the World holds its breath as he locks his eyes onto mine.
His eyes.. A deep shade of golden brown like an aged whiskey, stares at me with a point blank gaze, which could easily kill me with a look.
But still, I couldn't tear my gaze away.
Entire crowd is looking at us, but we just stare at each other, two strangers meeting for the first time.
Yet it feels like we have known each other forever.
I watch his lips move as he finally speaks, "Are you fucking stupid?"
His voice so powerful that it rattles my bones. Just like the leader of wolves in my dream, when he comes to claim me.
Oh my God! He is the one.
The guy of my dreams. And the protagonist of my story. The cruel alpha who everyone feared and made the world bow down to his feet.
