Mirelli's Call
Mirelli tries calling Sofi. She doesn't pick up. A few seconds later, a text message pops up on Mirelli's screen:
Sofi's Text: "Sorry, it is not convenient for me to answer your call right now."
Mire...
"Wake up bro you have to drop me at the airport" Sofi tried to wake up sleeping Janiya.
"5 more minutes" replied a sleepy Janiya.
"It's late already i have to catch the plane at 8 am and now it's 7 am wake up you sleepyhead" replied Sofi in an urgent tone.
"Fine iam up" replied Janiya
Janiya goes and freshens up meanwhile Sofi checks if all the necessary things are kept. After a while Janiya comes hurriedly as Sofi is already late to catch her plane.
Sofi keeps her luggage in the car and seats in the passenger seat while Janiya checks if everything is there and drives the car to the airport.
"I told you to sleep early yesterday now look at you. You look like a panda with dark circles under your eyes" Sofi said with an irritated tone.
" I know I know I am sorry but the drama was so interesting i couldn't stop watching it." Janiya replied in an apology tone.
"Anyways uncle will be picking you up later?" Asked Janiya trying to distract her best friend's wrath.
"Yes even my uncle will be coming" said Sofi
"Ohh so uncle and aunty have finally given up finding a boy for you?" Asked Janiya as from 2 years Sofi's parents have been finding a match for her but recently they have stopped bothering her which is suspicious.
"I think so for a month they haven't spoken about it to me it's really suspicious" Said Sofi has she too has this question for a long time.
"Leave that so have you booked the fight ticket?" Asked Sofi trying to not think what her parents are trying to plan.
"Yes it's after 5 days" Said Janiya in an exhausted tone.
"How's the audit report going on?" Sofi asked has she knows it's that time of month where they have to inspect companies audit reports.
"The articles are doing their job I hope they provide a report without error." Janiya said as the last date to submit the report was after 2 days.
"Yeah oh I forgot Mirella said she wanted to meet us she is coming back from Dubai after 2 days." Sofi said in a excited tone has the 3 of them can finally meet.
"Yeah? Thats nice finally we all can meet this December." Janiya said too in a excited tone.
As the car comes to hault as they reach the airport Janiya parks the car and brings Sofi's luggage. Sofi and Janiya hug eachother.
"Bye meet you soon in India." Said Sofi hugging Janiya.
"Bye have a safe and happy journey text me when you reach. Let's meet after 5 days." Said Janiya waving at Sofi.
Janiya goes back to their apartment after watching Sofi going inside the airport.
After going inside Sofi calls her parents.
"Hello dadda" said Sofi in call with her dad.
"Hello kitty are you at the airport right now?" Her dad replied he always likes to irritate her by calling her kitty.
"Yes now the flight will be taking off bye I will contact you when I reach India." Said Sofi has the flight attendant made the announcement.
