Your P.O.V: I walked into the gym, one of my least favorite classes; I went to the locker room and got dressed. I walked back to the gym. It turns out it was free day, meaning we could do whatever we want, but we had to stay active. I decided to shoot some hoops. I grabbed a basketball and shot, but it totally missed and hit a blonde boy in the head. “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry!” I said, running towards him. “No problem.” He said, turning around to face me. He was so hot. “I’m Niall.” He said, smiling a huge smile. “I-I’m Alexus.” I replied. He laughed. “So you like sports?” he asked. “No, not really, but I am the captain of cheerleading.” I replied with a smile. “So Alexus, you busy tonight? The big basketball game is tonight and…” he trailed off. I would’ve said yes, but I had a boyfriend, plus the fact I had to cheer. “I’m sorry Niall, I can’t. I have a boyfriend and I have to cheer.” You replied. His smile faded. “Oh, ok.”

Niall’s P.O.V: Hmm, I wonder what’s for lunch. I then felt something slam into my head. “The hell?” I muttered to myself. “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry!” I heard a voice say. I turned around to see who this moron was who decided to hit me. When I swung around, I saw the most beautiful girl ever. I introduced myself, as did the girl, but when she replied, she stuttered. She was so unbelievingly gorgeous, so I decided to ask her on a date. When she replied she had a boyfriend, I felt a knot in my stomach. Damn, that boy must be lucky, she was a cheerleader too. She then walked away, and shot more baskets, although she wasn’t the best at it. I chuckled to myself at how cute the site was. It was then the end of gym, which signaled the end of the day. I got in my car, and went home to get ready for the big basketball game tonight.

Your P.O.V: It was the night of the big basketball game. You were with the other cheerleaders, leading them on what cheers to do. The Hawks (your school) was playing against the Tigers. Your boyfriend Edward was on the court and it was halfway through the game. You turned around, and saw that the Hawk mascot kept looking at you. The Hawk then walked over, and grabbed your arms and started dancing with you. You laughed, and the other girls giggled too. Only 10 minutes left in the game, and it was Edward’s turn on the bench. He then turned around and saw you dancing with the hawk, looking annoyed. He got up off the bench and walked over, grabbing your arms forcefully. “Alexus, what the hell are you doing?’ he yelled at you. “Edward, I’m just dancing with the Hawk.” You replied, trying to squirm from his grip. He then smacked you across the face, tears welling in your eyes. “Don’t ever flirt with him aga-“he raged but he was interrupted by the mascot jumping on him. They were fighting, and the Hawk’s head fell off, revealing Niall’s head. “Niall, stop!” you screamed. Niall looked at you, and slowly got up. H e then ran to the guy’s locker room. Edward got up, and you could see bruises on him. “Edward-“you started “No, we’re through Alexus!” he yelled at you. It just occurred to you that the whole gym was quiet, and watching you two. You ran to the girls locker room, and when you were out of sight, you started to cry.

Niall’s P.O.V: I was the Hawk’s mascot, and I hated it. I walked out to the gym and the crowd roared. The game passed by very fast, and it was already half time. I saw Alexus with the other cheerleaders, and I couldn’t help but stare at her. I decided to walk over; she wouldn’t recognize me anyway in this suit. I decided to dance with her, and it was pretty fun. All of a sudden, this guy walks up to her. It was if I could see love pleading in her eyes, while this bastard yelled at her. Shit, he must be her boyfriend. He then smacked her, and that made me furious. I automatically reacted, and jumped on the guy, trying to pound him to pieces. My mascot head fell off, and my identity was revealed. “Niall, stop!” I heard Alexus scream, and her face looked hurt and shocked. I instinctively obeyed her, and got up. I looked up, and all eyes were on me with pointing fingers. I ran to the locker room. I punched a locker, which only made my fist bleed. I held my head in my hands, tears wanting to come out. What the hell did I just do?
