Emily's POV
Yay! Paige is aloud to come to Toby's party.
" Paige,..... Spencer is throwing a party for Toby and she said u could come and then you could get to know her better too. So........ You think you could come" I asked Paige
" Yeah sure. When is it and what time?"
"Well she said the party is at 5:00 but to come early so we can help with the decorations. It is 1:30 so maybe we could go at 3:30."
" yeah sure, let me have a shower. Then we can get ready together with the same make up theme and dress theme and everything. Agreed?"She replies
"Agreed" I reply.

2 hours later (still Emily's POV )
" Spence, where does the banner go? Shall we put it hanging from the window?" I say
" Yeah" Spencer says back.
I literally can not believe that we are nearly done. There was about 100 decorations and because there is 5 of us, we got it done.

Spencer's POV
Yay! The decorations are finally done and it is only 4:00.
I talk to the girls about what we are gonna do to surprise Toby. We are gonna hide and take the lights of. Then, when he opens the door he will probably think there is no one there but we scream "Welcome back!" Then we give him the cake and everything.
Toby's POV
Yay! I finally get to go home to Spencer. My Spencer. I was so excited and I literally feel like I am going to burst with happiness. I feel so happy.

I finally get home. Why are the lights off. I go and put them on. To my surprise, Spencer, Emily, Paige Hannah and Aria just scream "welcome back". I got so happy. I just ran to Spencer and gave her a long kiss
