After leaving the bathroom, Jeonghan strolled into the cafeteria, spotting his friends, Mingyu, Minghao, and Seungcheol at their usual table near the Window. He saw Seungcheol was glued on to the phone while THE famous couple was being in their world. Seungkwan was not there with them today because of a terrible stomachache, but the didn't stop the group from constantly filling their group chat with mess to check if he was still alive, or to tease him, of course.

The trio looked up as he approached, and Mingyu was the first to speak, narrowing his eyes in mock suspicion.

"Well, look who finally decided to join us, I thought you left us" Mingyu said, leaning back dramatically. "I was about to report you as missing."

"I told you I'd be quick," Jeonghan replied nonchalantly, sliding into the seat next to Seungcheol and stealing a fry from his tray. "You guys miss me that much."

"Who told that?" Seungcheol raised an eyebrow, smirking. "but, what happened? You disappeared for ages. Did you fall into the toilet?"

Jeonghan waved them off dismissively. "oh c'mon. I was just.. enjoying my time alone. Is that a crime?" Jeonghan rolled his eyes.

"Oh, please." Minghao leaned forward with a knowing grin. "What really happened? Did someone give you flowers in the bathroom? Or practicing basketball in front of the mirror?"

Jeonghan smirked but didn't answer immediately. Instead, he grabbed another fry. "well, you wish, I ran into someone annoying, that's all. Nothing special "

"oh, here we go?" Mingyu pressed, leaning closer." Young master prince.. But who's that? We know them? "

Jeonghan leaned back, crossing his arms, "it's none of your business," Jeonghan retorted.

" You guys are so nosy" jeonghan said sassily, grabbing a menu as he rolled his eyes. "Now, can we talk about something, like what we're eating? I'm starving."

Minghao exchanged a look with Mingyu, and they both shrugged. Yeah, jeonghan was acting suspicious. Mingyu could say it immediately. Something was wrong with this guy. He knew that but he let it aside.

"We were waiting for you to decide" Minghao said, tapping his chin thoughtfully. "But Mingyu and I are leaning toward chicken and some juice. What about you, Seungcheol?"

"As long as it's not any rabbit food, I'm good," Seungcheol replied, shooting a playful glare at Minghao. "Some of us need real sustenance."

Minghao gasped, feigning offense. "Excuse me? My salads are masterpieces of nutrition and art. Just because you can't appreciate them doesn't mean they're not valid."

"huh?? Masterpieces?" Seungcheol snorted. "They're just leaves with fancy dressing. Nothing else"

"Jealousy is such an ugly trait, Seungcheol. Admit it, you're just jealous of me. Just because I don't have to unbutton my pants after every meal" Minghao replied smugly, leaning back with a sly smile. Seungcheol tsk-ed. Soon mingyu shoved some fries before minghao said anything.

Jeonghan chuckled, flipping through the menu as he shook his head. "Alright, kids, let's settle this before we starve. Chicken it is. Let's order."

"Who the hell is kid here? I'm even older than you hannie!?" seungcheol pouted as he talked.

"well, mingo is my favorite kid and I know yours is also him but listen, you're also a kid like guy to me. Plus, since mingyu's cutie little boyfriend is Eisa, so he is also my kid." jeonghan ranted, holding an affection with his eyes. He didn't forget to patted minghao's and mingyu's cheek before going to order their food.
