A week has passed since the incident that happened on the day of engagement.Keshavi's mother went through a minor surgery and because of that they had to spend some days in the hospitals , so that doctors can monitor her recovery .Now her mother was doing well and today she is going to get discharge. In these days both Arjun and keshavi were not on talking terms.
Whenever Arjun tried to talk to her, she would always bring out the topic of breaking the marriage. Saying :-
talk to me only when you agree to break this alliance
Her these words always left him in anger , that's why he stopped talking to her So that he could not cause any harm to her due to his anger As this was the least topic he ever wanted to talk to her or anyone. Vice versa keshavi also started ignoring him mere presence so that she could avoid her feelings for him.
Right now, keshavi was in her mother ward packing up her all the stuffs and getting all the instructions and precautions she has to take care by the nurse. While packing the stuff, her eyes kept going towards the gate again and again, as if she was waiting for someone to come. Her mother giggles noticing her daughters desperation to see her son in law. So she thought to tease her saying...
Baar baar wahaan dekhne se mere damad jii nahii aane wale ...
Looking there again and again my son in law is not going to come...
Whyyyy ..?her reply came instantly., but when realisation hit her , she tried to cover her up by saying .. i mean ... Wh... What are you saying.... And whhhhyyy are you saying this to me .
Her mother laugh at her daughter's fumbling and replied her... Because my dear... your eyes have been fixed on the door waiting forhim since so long ...
Keshavi tried to defend herself by saying...nahii.. nahii ... Meri aankhe to yahin hai meri aankho me..aapne wahaan galat aankhe dekh lee hongi...
Hearing her reply a wave of laughter burst inside the room by all the nurses and her mother. She looked at all of them with dumbfounded face before she realised what was her words few seconds ago.
She felt embarassed to face them right now so she excused herself by saying ... Mai.. mai ...check karke aati hu koi. Payment due to nahi reh gayi hai ... And ran out of the room with bullet speed ..
