The Next Step Awards is an event I've created (with some inspiration from DMAwards ), where the fandom celebrates all of our amazing fanfictions and authors! There are nominations and winners in different categories. The nominees and categories are selected by me, and the winners are selected by you, through voting! Next we have the rules, and how to vote.
-You can only vote once in each category. To change your vote, delete your comment and rewrite it voting for someone else
-All people are welcome to vote, not just The Next Step accounts
-You can't vote for yourself, but you can vote for other people
-You do not have to vote in every category, you can vote in just the categories of your choice if you'd like
-Voting ends on August 13th. If a vote is casted later, the vote will not count. Then, on August 14th, I will announce the winners!
-If you are not nominated for anything, please do not be upset! Plus, if this goes well, I might do The Next Step awards again!
-To vote, simply comment on the chapter "Voting", and write the category, and the name of the nominee you wish to vote for in that category. Do that for each category you're voting in.
-You are aloud to ask your readers to vote for you, in fact, it's 100% encouraged!
-The main prize for these awards is feeling happy knowing that your fans voted for your book to win! However, along with that, the winner will also get a follow from me and @Little965! Plus, all the winning books will be added to a reading list entitled "TNS Award Winners". If you won for an author category, then I will put your most popular book in the reading list.
