Next day the air was thick with curiosity as everyone gathered, their minds buzzing with the conversation from the night before. Scoups' story had become the centerpiece of their chatter, and it seemed like everyone was itching to dig deeper.

They all wanted to know what had happened, but the truth was, even if they asked him directly, Scoups himself was still in the dark about the reasons behind it all. In that house, his past had transformed into a hot topic, sparking debates and theories among the group.

Scoups walked through the door like nothing had happened, just as the demons had said he would. Jeonghan felt a strong urge to ask him about it, but he held back, biting his tongue. He settled into a chair next to Scoups, their eyes locking for a moment.

"What's with that expression on your face?" Scoups raised an eyebrow, a teasing smirk playing on his lips.

"Expression? What do you mean?" Jeonghan shot back, feigning innocence.

"Come on, it looks like a mix of pity, curiosity, and confusion. It's kind of strange," Scoups chuckled, shaking his head.

Jeonghan rolled his eyes, refusing to give him the satisfaction of a response.

"I really have no idea what went down while I was out," Scoups continued, his tone shifting slightly.

"What do you mean by that?" Jeonghan asked, his interest piqued as he turned to face Scoups more directly.

"Your friends were acting all kinds of weird when I got back," Scoups replied, his gaze steady on Jeonghan.

Caught off guard, Jeonghan struggled to come up with a plausible excuse. All he could manage was a simple, "I don't know," as he stared down at his lap, feeling the weight of the moment.

"Well, I'm heading to the living room. Want to come? Everyone's watching something," Scoups offered, breaking the tension.

"You go ahead; I'll catch up in a bit," Jeonghan replied, watching as Scoups nodded and made his way out.

Left alone, Jeonghan couldn't shake the thoughts swirling in his mind about Scoups' past and what it all meant.

Jeonghan strolled into the living room after a while, and the sight that greeted him was a cozy gathering of his friends, all engaged in lively conversation.

"Hey, I thought you guys were supposed to be watching a drama," he said, raising an eyebrow in curiosity.

Dino looked up with a grin, "Oh, we were just waiting for you to join us!"

DK, practically bouncing in his seat, chimed in, "I can't wait! The last episode was incredible!"

His enthusiasm was so infectious that Scoups couldn't help but roll his eyes, a smirk playing on his lips.

Hoshi, looking a bit puzzled, asked, "So, what exactly are we watching?"

Seungkwan answered with a flourish, "It's called My Demon!"

The other demons, except for DK, erupted in disbelief.

"WHAT?!" they exclaimed in unison.

DK, clearly invested in the storyline, whined, "Can we please start? The last episode ended with a kiss!"

Scoups's eyes widened in shock. "THEY WHAT?!" he exclaimed, clearly taken aback.

"Is this really what you humans enjoy? Watching others kiss?" he continued, his tone dripping with sarcasm.

Jeonghan couldn't resist teasing, "As if you demons don't do that kind of stuff."

Scoups shot back defensively, "Yah, we don't do that!"
