《Ashton's POV》

¤12 years later¤

I ran as quickly as my feet could carry me. My hair flying in the wind. I looked behind me to see the guys still chasing after us and smiled. I look foward and saw a random trash bin. I quickly dodged it and sighed in relief.

I looked to the left of me and saw Jake running at the same pace I was. His cheeks were pink from the cold and probably from running so long and fast.

"Jake!!" Andrew called out from in front of us.

Jake through his head back and groaned. I laughed at him.

He looked over at me and glared, "Shut up!!" He quickly sped up his pace to catch up to Andrew.

So you're probably wondering what's going on right now. Well today is Sunday August 4. Also known as Jakes birthday. So we were having a great time at T.G.I Fridays celebrating the day our best friend finally turned 21. When all of a sudden these guys try to get with Val. And when I say try, they tried so hard. They called her names like babe and cupcake, they taped her butt a lot, and they flirted up a storm. Jake and I got pissed. There was yelling and a lot of profanities when Andrew decided to cut our sweet little chat short with a punch to the jaw. You can always count on precious Andy to cut conversations short with just a punch.

And it turns out that they were another Gang. A rivial Gang. Yeah that's right, we are in a Gang.

Andrew was the first one in it. He said the boss man helped you get strong and fight. So I was like hell yah!! Of course I'm in. I got In soon after Andrew. Then it was Jake. Then Valentine wanted to get in.

We told her no. But she demanded because she said she wanted to learn to fight too. At first Andrew said he really didn't want her to get in it. But since he was in a Gang, other Gangs were gonna know abouy her anyway. And it's better to have her in it where she knows all the ropes, than to have her know absolutely nothing and be clueless.

"Get back here and fight assholes!!" The rivial Gang leader said.

I chuckled, "Sorry but you have to catch us!!" I said looking back.

They were pretty far. There's no way they could catch up.

I heard a gasp and looked in front of me. Val stopped running and quickly went to the right wall near a trash can. She crouched down amd tried to get a hold of something.

I looked at her as if she was crazy and cleared my throat, "Valentine!! What the hell are you doing? This is no time for Pit Stops!!"

"Hold on I can almost reach it" She said trying stretch out her arm and reach whatever the hell she was reaching for.

I looked up from her and saw the flashlights of the other Gang members.

"Val!!" I hissed, "Come on, if you get your ass killed on my watch Andrew is sure as hell going to kill me! I swear on Jacobs grave!!"

She looked back at me and rolled her eyes, "Well if you can stop yelling at me for a second and help, we can get out of this sooner."

I groaned and crouched down where she was. I held up the brick she told me to waiting for her to get whatever she wanted. I swear this girl can be so difficult.

"Got it!!" She exclaimed

She pulled out what she claimed she "got" and cradled it in her arms.
