(Present Time)
After grabbing a few of their friends, and bringing them to Pteranodon Terrace, and, of course, having to send the others to Troodon Town unknowingly, Buddy, his siblings, and the friends they picked up returned to Pteranodon Terrace.
And The Old Spinosaurus, just like he told Buddy and the of his past, now he's going to be telling the rest soon.
The Solar and Rocket Train arrived beside the Dinosaur Train, and delivered its cargo.
The very cargo which was some of their most powerful friends.
As soon as they led their friends to their nest, the Old Spinosaurus was shocked to see Don with a broken wing.
"What the?!" The Old Spinosaurus said in shock. (This is how he says it. I only wanted the quote, but it will have to do.)
(Secret Thomas and Friends reference, GO!)
Don and the others looked and were surprised to see the Old Spinosaurus right in front of them.
"Mr. The Old Spinosaurus? What are you doing here?" Don asked, a little bit shocked yes, but happy nonetheless.
"I'm here to help. But Buddy, why didn't you tell me your brother was hurt?!" He asked.
"I didn't tell you?" He asked sheepishly.
"No. You didn't," the Old Spinosaurus added.
"Sorry, hehe. Wait, you care, don't you?" The young T-Rex said with a smug look.
"What?! No! I--I just thought...Urgh! Fine! Maybe I do care when someone as stubborn as your brother made a sculpture for me and tried to show me when I, too, was being stubborn," he explained.
"And here we thought, the big, grumpy Spinosaurus... is actually a softie," Buddy said as he pointed his left finger at him as he kept that smug look plastered on his face.
"I swear...if you don't remove that look from your face, you won't be smiling anymore when I'm done with you," Spiny threatened.
"Sure thing...'Mr. Softie'?" Buddy said.
"Why you little son of a--" he was about to curse until he was interrupted by Peter's whistle.
"Look, can we focus on what matters and put jokes aside?" Peter asked.
The T-Rex and the Old Spinosaurus looked at each other and nodded.
"So is there an actual reason you're here, Mr. Spinosaurus?" Shiny asked.
Buddy went into serious mode. "Guys, you won't believe this, but the Old Spinosaurus fought Alpha before," he said out loud.
To those who didn't hear about that in the last chapter...
"WHAT?!" Tiny, Shiny, Don, Linda & Martin, Mr. Conductor, Tabitha, Trevor, Tricia and Thurston, and all other dinosaurs yelled out in surprise.
"Y-Y-You? Fought Alpha?" Gilbert asked.
"Yep. Right on his left eye with a BIG swipe from my own right paw and clawed it out, haha," he chuckled.
"But he's an Elemental Bearer of the Dark Element, how did you manage to get the one strike on him? Despite being a T-Rex, Alpha may be more powerful than you, the largest Therapod in the whole Cretaceous," Tiny wondered.
"Easy. I used cunning strategy against his brute strength. I used the Big Misty Sea's fog to hide myself. But I mostly had help thanks to my Primal Element of Water," he told her.
