A Desired sin

You hug me and I push you away,
You say sweet words but I hush you away.
How I know we are meant to be,
All free, just you and me,
but not in this world.
Maybe if we just gave it time,
You know I'm yours and you are mine.
I won't let you go,
Even if it's me against the world.
I fear if I hug you I really won't let go.

The ache in my heart when we are apart.
Why can't we be together?
Who says we can't?
Because when I breathe it's all for you, and when I wake up again it's for you.

So if it's possible then forgive me for loving you,
Believe me, every bit of it was true.

The comfort you give me is truly unique.
You know me too well, even more then myself.
If there's anything I need then it's you for my health.
We promise each other we could be together someday.
But the truth in our eyes knows otherwise.

When we try to separate, my hand finds it's way to your wrist.
Pulling you back like an anchor.
You hold me in place and that's all I want.
But it's wrong...
You and me and our delicate desire,
For closeness, for comfort, for happiness.
