Brooke's P.O.V
I looked in the mirror. I looked decent the dress hugged my curves, I hated that, but it was $30 in my budget so I went with it. I slipped on my burgundy high heels. I walked to my bathroom and put my make-up on. I smiled this was the first time I felt pretty. I curl my hair from the ends finger comb it through.
I heard a few knocks on the door.
"Brooke someone's at the door!" I barely slip down the stairs. I walk to the door, " You look beautiful honey." My mom says, I fake smile and open the door. Ivan was wearing a suit and his hair gelled back.
I swallow.
He stares.
"For the first time I realize the difference between pretty and beautiful." he says. I start to blush. I close the door behind me. I wanted Ivan to see me not as a friend, but I also didn't want Cameron to see me as just a student. I close the door behind me . He walks me to his car & opens the door for me and I smile at him and take my seat. I did want this to be a night to remember, so awkward car rides would not be an option.
"How's the football team you think your ready for the game Monday?" I ask him.
"A girl that likes football. I dig it." He turns to me and gives me his toothed smile. I smile back. "I think were ready I just, I can't throw straight and its worrying me." he looks over at me, I smile at him.
"Your Ivan Brock, you can do anything."
"I guess I'm just nervous, you know?" He turns to me and our eyes meet.
"Well, maybe I could help you I mean I used to be a pitcher in softball." I say.
"Yeah, I mean your uncles the coach, I'd like that." He says. I smile showing my teeth.
"Brooke." he says.
"What?" I ask.
"You're really beautiful" . He says, looking over at me.
"Thank You." I say. It gets awkward for a second. He places his hand on my thigh which makes me jump a little.
"I'm sorry, I just though that you'd--"
"No, no, I like it." I say with a smile. I grab his hand and slowly place it back on my thigh. He continues driving and he parks. The place said "Pub" I opened the my passenger door and walked out I pulled my dress down. He wraps his arm around my waist and we walk inside. Literally everyone from school was here the jocks, the nerds.
"Let's take some shots." He says.
"I um... don't drink." He puts the cup he picked up and put it down.
"Yeah your a good girl I forgot." He smiles.
"I'm not a good girl I just don't like getting drunk." I chuckle.
"Come on, lets dance." he says taking my hand.
I wrap my arms around his neck, and his around my waist. We swayed back and forth.

"I had a real fun time to night." I say taking a seat on the sidewalk. I felt the wind hit my face and my hair flopped in the wind.
"Me too, an amazing night with an amazing girl." He says. I chuckle into a toothed smile. I wrap my arms around myself, "Oh let me." He says he takes of his jacket and stands up.
"No you do--"
"Please." He says smiling with his straight gorgeous teeth. He puts his jacket on me, he slowly sits down and smiles at me.
"Thanks but you di--"
"Brooke, let me do cliché things, just let me take care of you." He says reaching for my hand and intertwines our fingers, " I like you Brooke." He says his eyes piercing into mine.
"I don't know what to say." I say with a chuckle.
"Don't say anything." he says leaning in. His hand finds my cheek & his lips touched mine. He pulled away for a second then kissed me again rougher. We pull away, he licks his lips. I kiss him again his hand gripping my thighs. He kisses me again he pulls away leaving his hand on my cheek, we look each other in the eyes.
"Wow." he says chuckling.
"Its getting late so we should go." he says.
"Yeah." I say chuckling. He gets helps me up and puts his arm around me as we walk to his car.
"You look good in my jacket." He says turning to me us centimeters away.
"I think I do." I say chuckling burying my head in his chest.
