Okay so I swear THE MOST amazing thing happened to me today!!!!!!!
At the end of my Chemistry class, just when everyone else was leaving, Mr. Anderson told me to approach his desk because he "has something he wanted to speak to me about." I was scared as hell. I seriously thought I was going to get in trouble or something like that. It was the total opposite.
As I approach the front of the classroom, Anderson asked me, "how would you feel about earning a little extra money from staying a few hours after school?" I became very anxious as to what news would follow his comment.
"Keep talking...." I said.
"Trevor Jones has requested that you specifically tutor him a few hours after school so that he can boost his Chemistry average. Now when he asked, I was a bit skeptical about saying yes. You're a new student here and I don't know much about you. But believe it or not, you have the the highest Chemistry average in this class. Your hours would be 3-5 every Monday and Wednesday. Are you willing to do this?"
"YES YES YES YES TO THE INFINITE POWER!!!!" I eagerly said when I heard the God-given news. (OMG I sounded so thirsty saying that. I even gave the old man a kiss on the cheek as I exited from the classroom.)
On my way home, I replayed Mr. Anderson's words in my head "Trevor Jones has requested that YOU SPECIFICALLY tutor him."
Okay, I am just "the new transfer girl" that everyone constantly talks about. And I'm sure none of his friends would even think to ever associate with me. Now I know that it sounds really crazy, but what if Trevor Jones, THE Trevor Jones really likes me??????
