Some facts about the book:

• Originally, the book was planned with a sad ending as I mentioned before. Vivaan was going to be a very dark character who would have done way more bad things like killing her parents and all , then wouldn't even regret it, like some alpha male types , mafia or a very morally grey character now when I think about it, it was so messed up, ew!!

• It wasn't Siddharth who was going to be a bastard; he was going to be lovesick, and Amisha would have been married off as a repayment or like a deal by her family to Vivaan.

• Vivaan would have lost his memory, and Amisha would have gone back to Siddharth, gotten married to him, and would have lived happily ever after while Vivaan was planned to die.

• It was never Vivaan and Amisha together; it was always her and Siddharth, but I guess I did the best thing by not going that way. damn it would have been traumatizing for y'all now.

• About the thing which I said that Amisha didn't forgive him, so I don't know if it makes sense to you or not, but she can never forget what Vivaan did to her. She didn't even want to be with him, but the situations and his efforts didn't help. So yeah, she gave him a chance because, believe it or not, it was only him who could mend her heart back.

There was no point in asking for forgiveness as she couldn't do it, but she did give him a chance to make her live and love once again.

As you may have seen, She never ever said I forgive you, she never did, hehe boom. 😈

Both of them were wrong somewhere , they had flaws because I prefer my characters to be somewhere seem real not just fictional,and it's been more than a year , but still I have never ever supported Vivaan's actions, but the repentance can't be ignored ,yeah and will never do so, not justifying his actions tho!

• The book was going to have smut in every 2 or 3 chapters because I thought people only read smutty books ,he was going to force her every now and then,it was basically going to be a smutty book vivaan was going to be a sucker for s*x , but I couldn't write it as I don't even know how- Was such a fool ,anyways- 💀

• It wasn't Amisha; it was Siya. So glad I didn't went with that name; it sounds weird. Eh!

• Also, the book was originally named "Hurtful love," but I went with another name, though I wasn't satisfied with it, but I guess it suited the book.

Also, guys, I know I should've written more about his regret and made him grovel harder. Maybe walking on glass or enduring painful punishments wasn't enough. But I was a reckless teen back then. I still regret writing that coercion part - it wasn't right, and I acknowledge that.

I've grown a lot since then, and my writing reflects that growth. I no longer write toxic leads. Now, all my characters are green flags, though each has their unique quirks. If you're interested, you can check my Kiss in the Chaos book for that.

And to anyone who ever supported Vivaan and said Amisha "deserved it" - seriously, what? No, she didn't. She made mistakes, yes, but nothing to justify what happened to her. Vivaan was in the wrong - period!

Also I edited some parts of this book too.
