Preston's POV

The bleach clean white tiled floor started giving me a headache when I walked into the doors of Lowgrey High. It didn't help that the floor was freshly polished either.

"Hey Preston when are you going to take me on that date?"

A arm slithered around my waist and nails thumbed through my ribs. Oh God here we go again. I put on a sappy fake smile and threw my arm around her thin shoulders.

"Well, Sara dear I can't this week remember? Coach wants everyone to practice for the big game on Friday."

"Awe, fine but you owe me!"

Sara leaned up and gave me a quick kiss on the check. Her touch gave me shivers as I felt her tongue lick the unwanted kiss. She walked away in her red and white cheerleader outfit that was laced with silver glitter. The skirt was way too short and skimpy, but of course no one complained. Her top matched but I mean you couldn't really call it a top. It's more like a bra.

Who started this cliché where the most popular guy in the school dates the fucking lead cheerleader? It's annoying.

A soft hand reached up and whipped the lipstick off of my cheek.

"Dude, I swear you need to tell her off one day. She's been doing this since freshman year, and now we're sophomores."

A smile appeared on my face when I looked up at the tall Australian blonde. Good thing Lachlan is here, hell if he wasn't I'll probably be batshit crazy.

"Hell I know and It doesn't help that I barely slept last night."

Lachlan and I strolled through the hallway, getting various winks and smiles. A girl with pigtails blew a kiss at Lachlan and he swatted the imaginary kiss away when she wasn't looking.

"Good lord it's like these girls can't keep their hormones to themselves."

Lachlan mumbled, pinching his nose in annoyance. I chuckled at his response and wrapped my arm around his waist.

Now if anyone else were to do this at our school they would get disgusted or gross looks but since I'm quote on quote Mr.Popular and Lachlan is my best friend it's cool. It makes me sad how people are so judgmental or so quick to judge, it makes me sick.

Our english classroom came into view as we turn the corner. There was a picture on the wall next to me that fell when a couple of freshman bumped into the wall. The framed photo cracked, making shards of clear glass shatter on the ground.

The loud freshman scurried away when they saw the picture and glass on the ground.

"Stupid freshman, always fucking shit up."

Lachlan said while picking up blades of broken glass with his handkerchief that he kept in his pocket. I crouched down and picked up the clean photo that was encased in the glass.

In the photo were three guys, who looked around the same age. On the border of the photo read Spring 2013 Honored students. On the bottom of the picture had the name of the three students Mitchell Hughes, Jerome Aceti and.

A arm pulled me up from the ground, causing me to drop the picture on the ground.

"Come on dude the bell rang already!"

Lachlan took the picture out of my hand and set it on a wooden table near us.

"Oh shit Lachlan I can not be late to English class again! Mr. Anthony will kill me!"

Panic rushed through my mind when I remembered that we had a test today. Holy shit this is the third time I've been late this month. The other two times was because I slept in.

"Oi we better book it then, come on!"

Lachlan and I raced to the classroom, in hopes that maybe Mr.Anthony wouldn't be in a crabby mood.

A/N: Yes a new Poofless fanfiction right after I finished my other one xD.
