The (Un)perfect Couple

Chapter 12

They stared at eachother for a while. Nobody said anything. Haru looked like he wanted to say something, but couldn't.

"Hinata..."
"Haru..."

Haru stumbled on his words. "I...Well... Agh nevermind." He spat and shook his head. She noticed the scars on his arm as he said that. "Haru.. Did you try to....kill yourself?!" Hinata turned slightlt pale herself as well as )-(aru. "Yeah. It made me depressed. This whole break up thing! It was making me so depressed! I couldn't take it! I lost it!"

"Haru calm down!!" Hinata slapped him. "Ugh... Hinata... I realized I forgot to ask you why you weren't there..." He gritted his teeth as he said that.

" I was in the hospital. " she crossed her arms and sat against the wall. It went silent again.

"I... I.. Why didn't you tell me?! You could've-" Haru began but Hinata interrupted.

"I was in a coma! And Ryu tried to call you but he said you never answered!" Hinata spat.

"Well what happened then?! How did you fall into a coma?! Huh?! Did you try to kill yourself?!" Haru pounded his fist against the wooden floor under them.

"H-haru..." She whimpered. She was obviously scared.

He realized he was scaring her so he took a deep breath and sat against the wall. "Sorry. Why were you in a coma?" He gritted his teeth again. "Because I was in a car crash!!" Hinata yelled with tears in her eyes.

Haru was silent.
Hinata was trying not to cry.
