"You and your wife need to stop making a habit of coming to my house unannounced."

"Well trust this is not a friendly visit."

"What can I help you with then?"

Niles walked into the room and proceeded to the direction of the lamp where Blanco sat in the darkness puffing up smoke drowning himself in liquor.

"A man can only survive for so long before they actually die. Try not to shoot me today, I might end up like your father."

He said drawing his full attention to Niles ,who now sat opposite him.

"Isn't your wife pregnant? Isn't your father dead? Are you in a path of vengeance that you choose not to sit and grieve the old man?"

"You seem to know a lot about what I should do."

Niles said drawing his gun to the table. Blanco stared at the gun and chuckled.

"What do you want?"

"A name."

"I've already told her-"

"Maybe I come across as someone who would give you a chance to choose Blanco, but I'm not. I want a name."

"I've already had a gun pointed in my head over this, don't think I will tell you just because you're the only one capable of taking the shot."

"Is that so? Well then, I might as well just take it because it seems like I'm the only one brave enough to do it right?"

"You can't kill me, you need me."

Niles frowned.

"To keep your woman and...child alive you need me because I'm the only one who can protect them for you."

Niles chuckled bitterly adjusting himself from his seat. Blanco's eyes lingered at a distance for a brief moment as he contemplated a thought.

"I know what you don't Niles, there's no stopping this man nor putting a stop to this unless sacrifices are made and lives are lost. Personally he's not someone I like to mess with either, and maybe that's why I am casual in all this."

"I asked for the name Blanco, let me worry about what happens next."

Blanco stared at him longer.

"Okay." He said.

Niles raised a brow and watched him write something down. He stared at it then looked back at him.

"I want something in return." He stated.

"I want to be second in command on the cartel."

"That seat is already occupied."

"I want to be second in command." Blanco emphasised.

"I'll only settle for that, I would have asked for your seat but I didn't. Due to personal reasons, I've chosen not to pursue it."

Then he pushed the paper to him then rested back returning to his own world.

Niles took the paper and walked out, upon reaching his car he looked at the paper and saw an address. He looked back at the house, irritated he started his car and drove to the supposed location.

His eyes cast around the harbour trying to see anything out of place. He chuckled thinking how stupid he can be to even trust Blanco. He got out of his car and started walking around. His eyes spotted a familiar face and he frowned walking towards that direction.

The closer he got the more familiar the faces in the area became. He had seen most men before, though he could not pinpoint who they worked for he knew them by face. He scouted the area for what felt like hours before he heard familiar voices. A boat had stopped, probably minutes before and Darren Hyren came out already laughing with a man he wasn't familiar with.
