CRUCIO!!!!

Y/N POV

Draco had been very on edge lately, he wouldn't hug you anymore and if you asked him for a kiss he would give you a distracted peck on the cheek. There were no more cuddle sessions in the library, no more sneaking into the slytherin common room, no friendly waves in the hall, no more laughs, hugs, or anything romantic. You were kind of lonely, You were starting to wonder, was it you.

You had soooo many questions floating around in your head that you just didn't understand. You missed him and didn't know what was wrong .

"I am 100% sure Draco is a death eater" Harry said to Hermione as they sat down at the gryffindor table across from you. You saw Draco walking towards them, but it seemed as if he had heard them and bolted out of the great hall. Confusion struck you Harry turned his head around and started to follow Draco, but you stopped him.

"I'll get him" You tell Harry

"No! It could be dangerous! I will" he said puffing out his chest a bit. You rolled your eyes and let out a huff of breath

"My boyfriend so I will deal with it" I said looking at him dead in the eye

"At least let me come I don't want you hurt" He said rubbing your shoulders you let out another long sigh and mumbled a fine under your breath as your eyes practically rolled all the way to the back of your head.

We quietly followed Draco through the empty corridors till he turned into the boys bathroom

"I can't go in ask him to come out and talk to me be polite!" I told Harry strictly now it was his turn to roll his eyes. He walked into the boys bathroom. Nobody came out I started to wonder if Draco was being stubborn or if Harry was taking his sweet time spying on him. When all of the sudden I heard a loud smash that sounded like glass breaking. I ran into the bathroom to see Harry and Draco fighting. A blast of magic flew by Harry almost hitting him I quickly ran to Draco about to tell him to stop when it happened.

"CRUCIO!!!" Draco yelled

I dropped to the floor as Draco had just hit me with on of the 3 unforgivable curses. I withered in pain as the pain shot through my body bringing tears to my eyes as I cried out in pain. All I remember before passing out was Draco's face going white.

Draco's POV

"CRUCIO!" I yelled at Potter, I knew I shouldn't have used one of the unforgivable curses but he was getting on my nerves lately. The spell hit him right in the stomach. I couldn't help but feel a bit bad. When he fell his head hit the floor roughly splitting it open and letting the blood poor. When suddenly a familiar scream erupted through the bathroom and I knew full well that, that was not Potter's scream, Potter came out from around the corner and I wiped my eyes free of tears . 

I took another look at my poor victim who I had just realized was not Potter. On the ground lied my beautiful girlfriend Y/N. Her screams and cries echoed around the bathroom. I felt the blood rush away from my face as I had just performed one of the 3 unforgivable curses on my girlfriend. It dawned me that she was still screaming so I ran to her and crouched beside her. 

Tears left my eyes I looked up to see a very angry Potter glaring at me.

"Look I get it, I know what I did but don't let her bleed out, GET HELP!" I yelled towards him. He rushed out of the bathroom, as I lied Y/N head on my lap I brushed aside her beautiful H/C hair and placed my hands on the large cut hoping to slow the bleeding. She was curled up in a ball withering in pain, even in a state of unconsciousness. All I could think is 'WHAT HAVE I DONE, WHAT HAVE I DONE' 

Snape came running in with Harry on his tail. He gasped when he saw Y/N injury. He gave me a look that clearly said he was not proud of me at all.

"MOVE" he snapped at me I quickly moved out of the way as Snape muttered some reversal curse under his breath. I was still crying, even harder than before though. I heard Snape growl

"We need to get her to Madam Pomfrey, She should be awake by now" I lifted Y/N frail body into my arms. As I ran down the halls behind Snape and Harry I held Y/N's head close to my head trying not to jerk it around and cause more damage, we finally reached the nurses station.

"Watch out" Mme Pomfrey yelled but it was to late. I accidentally banged her legs on the side of the door and she toppled out of my arms. Harry and Snape shot me glares as Mme Pomfrey rushed over to her. She got her male assistant to help her carry her to one of the beds. They lied her down and told us to leave. 

All throughout potions I felt the golden trio glaring at me. I wasn't at all paying any bit of attention during class. Finally I had free period and I rushed to the medical wing. Mme Ponfrey wasn't anywhere to be seen so I slowly walked over to Y/N's bed, I pulled out a chair and held her limp hand in mine while I cried. Ever since I had become a death eater I had been distant from Y/N I knew she noticed and I knew it hurt  her but I was trying to protect her and now I had her hurt her I was a monster. I stayed there for I don't know how long but it was long I had missed the rest of my classes, but I didn't care.

Mme Pomfrey came around a few times with gifts and get well presents for Y/N. Usually she would tell a student to 'get out and finish their classes' but she didn't she just smiled at me. After she went I looked at her chart and almost punched myself. Y/N showed little sign of recovery. I bawled for quite a bit longer till it was almost dinner. 

When I felt something. I felt Y/n's soft delicate small hand twitch. I wiped my clouded eyes and looked at her face. Her eyes slowly fluttered open. I almost jumped out of my seat till I realized she was going to be pissed. She looked down at herself and started screaming Mme Pomfrey ran in and asked what was wrong Y/N pointed at the IV sticking out of her arm. Mme looked extremely confused I told her about Y/n's deep fear of needles she nodded and gave her a pill that would do the same thing, as the male nurse took the Iv out.  The male nurse brought us some dinner, we ate in silence for the past hour it had been nothing but painful silence.

Y/N's POV

I wasn't sure what to think I wanted to forgive him but on the other hand I didn't. I mean it was in the freaking title 'THE THREE UNFORGIVABLE CURSES'. I was torn I slowly ate the mashed potato's when Draco said 

"I'm sorry" tears poured from his eyes

"I know" I murmured looking down at my lap "I almost forgive you" He looked at me in complete utter shock

"y-y-y-you w-w-w-what????" Draco  was now a stuttering mess. I couldn't help but giggle. I explained to him that after all he did think I was Potter and I loved him and love overcomes all anyway.

"But for me to fully trust you there are five condition's one for each curse and one because I bashed my head and I head a needle in my arm" I  explained. He grinned at the last reason but gulped  nervously

"O-of c-c-course a-anything" he stuttered as he nodded his head vigorously

"ONE: you need to stop being so distant! TWO: I want you to never lie to me again THREE: I want your undoubted love FOUR: I want you to come cuddle with right here right now FIVE: I want your dessert when Mme Pomfrey brings it!" i explained bravely although i was still shaken up and it was clear that he was too.

As he started to crawl into the hospital bed with me he said with a grin...

"ONE: I will never ever be distant again  TWO: I will never lie again THREE: you already have my undoubted love FOUR: I will always cuddle with you FIVE: you can definitely have my dessert"

By now he was spooning me and feathering soft little kisses all over my head
