Rainy days

Y/N POV

"Com'on Draco" I yelled as I ran out into the rain laughing and twirling. Draco trudged behind me slowly muttering about what he could be doing instead of freezing his balls off in the rain I Iooked behind me and blew him a kiss. He rolled his eyes and blew one back.

"Angel lets go back inside we are going to get sick". I laughed at him and started to run,

"If you can catch me" I yelled behind me. I noticed Draco pull out his wan do I yelled "without magic you dodo head" He once again rolled his eyes and started to run, but he was faster so in barely no time at all he had his strong arms wrapped around me. But being stubborn ol' me I still refused to go in so Draco let out along exasperated sigh and picked me up and threw me over his shoulder and started heading back to Hogwarts.

When he slipped in the mud and toppled over, I burst out laughing as now we were both covered head to toe in mud. He let out a growl as I started making 'mud angels'. Draco sat beside me in the mud and smiled down at me when out of no where Pansy appeared snickering.

"I guess you really are a filthy MUDblood" She shrieked at laughter at her own joke and I could've swore I saw a grin tug at the edge of Draco's lips. I frowned and slowly stood up walking away as I cast a cleaning charm on myself. Draco once again quickly caught up with me after I heard him ranting at Pansy.

"Hey baby come here" He said opening his arms up for a hug. I was unsure if I should forgive him but in the end he did stick up for me which I guess counts so leaned forward into his still muddy arms. He kissed the top of my head as we slowly strolled back to the school in the soft drizzle of rain. When I felt Draco tap my shoulder, I looked up at him and noticed him pointing at a rainbow. I guess all days aren't to bad :)
