AASTHA POV~
As I woke up to the jarring sound of my alarm, a pounding headache greeted me. The events of the previous night were hazy, but I vaguely remembered Vihaan giving me a drink that was supposed to be softy. I was shocked and annoyed that he would do such a thing. Just then, my phone rang, and Divi was on the other end. She asked if I was suffering from a headache, and I was taken aback by how she knew. She told me not to pretend like I didn't remember anything from the previous night and instructed me to open my drawer, where I would find a tablet that someone special had left for me. I was filled with questions - who was this someone special, will this special make life more hell or haven and how did they know about my situation? I quickly got ready for school, eager to uncover this someone special.
As I entered the school, I spotted Vihaan laughing and chatting with his friends as if nothing was amiss. But I knew better. I approached him, and he got surprise at seeing me. 'Are you okay? I didn't see you last night. Was everything alright?' he asked, trying to sound innocent. 'How dare you spike my drink?' I demanded. Vihaan smirked, 'It was just a harmless prank, and you were safe with me.' I shot back, 'I'm not the whiskey you can afford, I'm the champagne you can't afford Mark my words. He sneered, 'Then be the water I need.'
That was the final straw, and in a fit of rage, I slapped him with all my might, because that's exactly what the situation called for. 'Have you lost your mind?' he shouted, his face twisted in anger, like he was the victim here. 'You're going to pay for this!' But before he could finish, someone grabbed him from behind, slamming him to the ground and twisting his neck, because clearly, this guy needed to be taken down a peg. He fists pounded into his face, leaving his knuckles bloody and raw, and honestly, it was about time someone stood up to him. Vihhan interpreted bro why are beating me she is not even urs now and im obsessed with her I will gladly cross every single line if it means making this girl mine. I was shocked by the sudden violence, and his answer before I could intervene, the teacher and other students rushed over to stop him, because of course they would, or else today Vihhan would have got hospitalized.
After this mess our md called us in her office asking why it all happened and all her questions was from me only indirectly there and then I said mam yesterday night Vihhan misbehaved with me and that's the reason he did this all fuck I don't even know his name , why did he did all this for u will u explain me, even me myself dont know from where did he appeared and did this all so I said mam he is like my brother only, are md made and ooh face and said fine I m happy Anant what u did but ur way of doing this was wrong so from next time bring this matters to me and Vihaan I want to see ur parents tomorrow better bring them now you all can attend ur classes without making any mess and Aastha take him to the infirmary and aid him ,yes mam.
ANANT POV~
As soon as we stepped outside, I grabbed him again and slammed him against the wall. "How dare you do this to her? What were your intentions?" I growled, my voice seething with anger. He gave me a smug, sarcastic smile and said, "I just wanted to kiss her and make her mine." His words made my blood boil. I clenched my fists, ready to punch him, but before I could, she appeared, stepping between us.She grabbed my wrist, pulling me away. "Have you lost your mind? Why did you stop me?" I barked, my frustration spilling over. "I could've handled him in my own way."She sighed, clearly annoyed. "Oh, I saw that. And for the record, you're not my brother, nor can you ever be. I already have two sisters, and that's enough for me," she snapped.I opened my mouth to argue but stopped myself, realizing the situation. Instead, I said, "Fine. Just give me your hand.""No, it's fine," she muttered, turning away."Anant, I said give me your hand," I insisted, my voice firm."Ugh, fine," she finally relented, extending her hand reluctantly.
His hands-
As she applied the cream, our eyes locked in a profound stare. I whispered, my voice low and husky, 'You're not paradoxical, you're constant, always with me, everywhere I go.' And then, a realization dawned on me, 'Maybe the journey isn't about becoming someone, maybe it's about unbecoming everything that isn't truly you, so that you can be where you're meant to be.' Her eyes sparkled with a mix of curiosity and question as I drew closer, my breath whispering against her ear, 'And who are you to decide all this about me?' My words hung in the air like a challenge, as I leaned in, my lips inches from her neck, and whispered, 'I'm your present, your future, I'm everything to you that the world is trying to be. Did you get that?'
