CHAPTER 20

"What's wrong with K?" I asked as I noticed that K is not in the living room.

We all were sitting on the living room and just talking.

"He was not feeling well." Daniel said. "So, we all told him to rest for a while."

I nodded "Of course he would be, we always see him practicing late night" I then sighed. "It's elimination again"

"I know right" Scarlett said.

"We'll only vote 3 right?" Aarin asked.

"Yea, then the producers will eliminate 3 too" Hyejin answered. "6 will be eliminated to the ground"

"If I don't get eliminated by the I-landers I feel like I'll be eliminated by the producers" I said pulling my hair in frustration.

"Eyy, you did well, don't pressure yourself too much unnie~" Byeol said.

"Byeol's right, you did well" Somi said.

"Thank you unnies" i chuckled but deep down I was really down.

After an hour the elimination started.

When everyone already voted they were told to go to the lobby. "I-landers please come to the lobby" The voice said. Then the trainees went to the lobby nervously

Now decided by the I-landers and producers, we'll announce the six eliminated members who will move to the ground" The voice said making the trainees more nervous. "With 18 votes... Youngbin" The voice said starting with the boys.

"The second eliminated with 18 votes.... Kyungmin and the third eliminated with 17..... Jaebeom" The voice said as the eliminated trainees laid their heads low. Then the I-landers eliminated by the producers were announced next.

"The first eliminated, EJ... The second eliminated, Seon,.... And the third eliminated, Geonu" the voice said as the trainees sadly looked at the eliminated ones. The the eliminated girls were announced next.

"With 19 votes,....Aarin ..... The second eliminated with 18 votes,... Jia, and The third eliminated with 16 votes,.. Scarlett" The voice said announcing the Eliminated girls by the I-landers.

"We'll now announce the trainees chosen by the producers" The voice started. "The first eliminated, Rose..... The second eliminated,.... Byeol, and the third eliminated.... Diya" The voice said.

I sighed looking down, playing with my finger on my lap as I immediately felt teats forming my eyes. I clenched my jaw as I told myself not to cry, but it wont stop. I burst out in tears and looked down, crying silently.

"The 12 trainees named should return your name plates and head to the ground" The voice said as the eliminated ones stood up and put back their name plates.

But I sat down in my seat as Jay came and hugged me, I cried in his shoulder as he brushed my hair. Some more hands came and they hugged me too, getting me warmed.

"You did well" Jay whispered to me. 

"Show em what you can do" Somi said patting my back.

After a few minutes of more crying I pulled away, wiping my tears and nodded. They patted my back, head and cheeks to cheer me up. I got my nameplate out and put it on the stack. I clenched my jaw as I walked back to the seat to take my bag. 

I'll show them.

As I was about to go, they hugged me again as I was crying too, im too emotional, and Daniel was the one to hug me first, whispering encouraging words. 

"Wait for me" I said to them with a smile. They cheered.

 Then the eliminated trainees entered the gate. The trainees waved them goodbye while crying. Then the gate turned leaving the trainees crying.
