"How did you meet 'her', let's start with that." He said intertwining his slim fingers together setting them down on the table in front of him.

"It all started at the celebration party in London for my fathers great success for his company."

=Flashback=

I was sitting alone at the bar counter at the venue my father has rented for his big outgoing celebration party for his companies success in the making.

Im suddenly pulled out of my thinking zone from this brown haired women sitting right across from me, just looking in my eyes intently.

She's looking at me as if she's trying to figure me out on the inside, past my soul.

"May I help you?" I ask politely to the mysterious women across from me.

She smiles slightly shaking her head, "No, it's just you look very familiar, of someone I once knew." She says, saying 'knew' like the word jabbed a thousand knifes in her heart.

She wouldn't show it on the outside of her physical appearance, but her deep brown eyes told another tale unwritten.

"Well my apologies for your loss." I say.

Her smile turned into a frown as she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, "How do you know that I've lost that person." She asked slightly shocked, but tried to hide any emotion she felt towards the subject.

"Your key words gave it all way, the word 'knew' hence, you've lost that person either way, in death or tragic departure." I say becoming more and more slightly intrigued by the female in my presence.

She starts to look at me with no emotion radiating off her face, "You also have the same acknowledgement in reading people just like she did." She says in a motone of not sorrow but of irritableness.

"Well I'm sorry if I'm taking up an effect on you reminding you of your past." I say staring into her eyes.

She has this look she's giving me I can't quite read, "No your fine, it's just one of those bitter sweet feelings you strangely desire and enjoy." She says in an mysterious tone.

I nod understanding where she's coming from, "So what brings you here to this evening event taking place ?" I ask out of curiosity cause I've never seen her around here or as one of my fathers clients.

"I happen to be Mr.Y/Ls new assistant, he's teaching me the ropes of learning how to become as successful as him one day." She says lightheartedly.

"Why are you interested in learning the ropes of being successful ?" I ask her quite interested in what she has to respond about it.

"Cause success leads to power and glory, I like knowing I'm in charge of actions being taken upon of , or just having the power over someone or something else." She said giving me this look with an almost evil glint in her eyes as she spoke.

"Oh well seems like you know what you want." I say still a taken back by her sentence from earlier.

"Mmhmm" She nods at me, "That's where I'll be, starting this coming up Monday."

"Hmm I guess I'll be seeing more of you then." I say nonchalantly sipping the still bubbling champagne from my wine glass.

"What do you mean ?" She asks confused

"My name is Y/N Y/L pleasure to meet you." I smile charmingly at her sticking my hand out to shake hers.

She smiles realizing what I mean smiling mischievously at me taking my hand in hers shaking it, "Nice to meet you, I'm Camila Cabello."

=End of Flashback=

"That was the first time I ever made an encounter with her, everything about her screamed danger signaling me to take a different path."

I pause still remembering the way she looked at me with loving eyes then murderous the next in a split second.

"But I didn't listen, something drawled me towards her, in just one soft lingering touch of hers I knew there was no going back."

"She once told me, We all get addicted to something that takes the pain away."

"But she said she didn't get addicted to something, she said someone, and that someone was me."
