Author pov ~

Vidya was in the dressing room with her team , who are going to perform the drama . On the other hand Shourya was checking the arrangements . Both were busy with there own work and here Divya and laksh were thinking about what they should do so that they both will confess. 

"  you knpw what we should make Shourya jealous " Divya said while making a proud face .

" and with whome you will make him jealous?? " laksh sighed.

" of course Vikash you know Shourya already dislikes him because he is good friends with Vidya " she whispered when she saw shourya coming towards them .

" good idea " laksh said while giving a thumbs up .

" what good idea ? " shourya asked as laksh and Divya both nervously chuckled .

" it's nothing we were thinking about how we should cheer Vidya she was looking very nervous " Divya said .

" yeah we should go to back stage " shourya said.

They all came to the backstage where all students from various performance were practicing.

Shourya pov ~

It's strange how quickly I found Vidya in this crowded room. She's looking so good in that dress . I couldn't help but stare at her . Her smile can brighten anyone's day . I don't know how I started feeling this way but now I can't deny the fact that I like her. I never thought someone will come into my life like this and change me .

We all went towards her and she smiled in happiness hugging Divya.

" I'm really nervous for this play " she said as Divya assured her everything will be alright. 

Author pov ~

Just as shourya was about to say something Vikash arrived turning vidya's attention from them to him.

"Look at his face ". Laksh whispered into Divya's ears while pointing at shourya.

Anyone could tell by looking at his face that he is jealous.

" okay guys I'll meet you after this okay I have to go now . You also go and sit program is about to begin". Vidya said with a small smile .

After hugging Divya for the last time and waving bye at them she left and they came to sit in the audience. Luckily they got seats from where the view was clear .

Vidya pov ~

My heart is beating very fast and I'm very nervous . I never did something like this because I have social anxiety and I can't perform infront of these many people. Vikash was trying to calm me down but it wasn't of any use . There was still time left before our performance. So I decided to go out for a moment. As I came out of the room I saw shourya leaning on the wall . What is he doing here ? . As our eyes met he started to walk towards me .

" umm hi Vidya actually I forgot to say all the best to you " he said scratching the back of his neck .

" huh oh thank you " now my heart was beating more fast .

" Don't worry you'll do great I know that you have practiced very hard for this day don't ruin it by feeling nervous " he said smiling. 

My heart stopped beating as I nodded my head .

" after your performance we all can go out if you want " he said

" uh y-yeah sure " I said

Vikash came running towards us " let's go it's our turn now " he said panting heavily. 

I nodded and started walking towards backstage. I turned around for the last time amd saw him smiling at me . My cheeks turned red . He's acting weird but I'm loving it .

Shourya pov ~

I knew she must be nervous. That's why I went there to cheer her up and I think I succeeded . After that I came at my seat as the performance started . Vidya was now looking less nervous . I was happy to see her like that . She was doing her part very beautifully . I was so lost in her that I didn't knew when the play ended , everyone started to clap which brought me back to reality . Now it's clear that I like her alot and I won't deny it now but there is one problem that I don't know if she feels the same way or not .

After the program was finished we met at the restaurant as planned . But-

" why is he here ? " I whispered to laksh and he made a " i don't know" face  making me sigh .

" so let's order something I'm hungry " Divya said with pout .

" yeah yeah me too " laksh said joining her .

I nodded in agreement and called a waiter . Everyone told there dishes and he left . I was looking at Vidya and Vikash talking to each other which made me jealous .

" Vidya you did very good today " I said trying to divert her attention towards me.

" thanks " she said

After that we all talked about studies and stuff until our food arrived.

Vidya pov ~

" The food was great here . I'll come again " I said making everyone laugh .

" yeah sure tell me whenever you feel like coming I'll join you " shourya said making my heart beat Fast. 

I smiled widely at his words something's definitely with him . He's behaving differently from some days .
We were walking towards Divya's scooty as Divya got a call from her mom calling her immediately . Laksh insisted on going with her as they lived in the same direction so they left together.  Now only me shourya and Vikash are left .

" Vikash you live in that way right so why are you coming with us " I said

" huh...yeah...sorry....I'll leave bye " he said leaving from there .

" so how's your study going " shourya asked. 

" good thanks to you "

" nahh it's because of you " he said smiling.

" thank you and now I have to leave see you tomorrow " I said waving at him

" yeah bye " he waved back

I left from there as soon as I could because I can't be left alone with him it makes me awkward.  Ahh why am I like this ? I mentally face palmed myself. 
Just then I remembered how he comforted me with his words before my performance and blush crept up on my cheeks . I couldn't stop smiling after that . I reached home and quickly dialed Divya's number to tell her about what happened in detail.

I'm sorry for delay in this part even though I promised you guys . I'm sick and I wasn't able to think what to write. But I completed this part with whatever came in my mind and i can't promise I will upload next part soon but I will try my best to complete this story . I wanted to start a new story so I have to complete this one first. I will complete this story in 4-5 parts more . So follow me and stay tuned for next parts and my new story .
