Black Star's POV:

I look blankly at her. She's been screaming for the past hour, but all of the sudden, she just stopped. I look at Maka, (Y/n) was screaming her name first. With each scream, she got quieter and quieter. Her voice...it just seemed to fade.

I take my eyes off of Maka and Soul just to look at (Y/n). Ever since she passed out, her face got pale, green even. I snap out of my thoughts when I hear a faint whimper. I look at the rest of the group and they look at me. We all shrug. Then it hit us. We all quickly snap our heads in (Y/n)'s direction. Maka, Tsubaki, Soul, and I all run up to her. Liz, Patty, and Kid all left. Mostly because of Liz getting scared and running away.

(Y/n) squirms and tosses her head in every direction. Her eyes open. She gasps for air and widens her eyes. We stare at her until somebody comes out of the darkness.

(FIRST PERSON STILL YOU DOE)

I open my eyes in fear. My vision is so blurry. Figures stand in front of me. I widen my eyes as I remember what I was dreaming. My vision focuses and I squirm trying to get out of the chair. I stop moving to see who is in front of me. Tsubaki, Maka, Soul...Black Star? I shake my head. The rope tied around my hands, feet, and body suddenly fall to the ground without a sound.

I shakily lift myself out of the chair and look at the group. They're all looking behind me. I slowly turn around to face what they were looking at.

I tilt my head to the side. There's nothing there. I shrug it off and something falls out of my pocket.

"Huh?" I mumble to myself. I bend over and pick up a piece of folded paper. In scribble, it says 'Hecate'. What's Hecate?

"Are you okay, (Y/n)?" Black Star asks. I twirl around placing a fake smile on my face.

"Yep!" I pause to frown but smile again. "I gotta go, bye!" I hurry out the door with the paper clenched tightly in my hand. I run down the what seems like endless halls. Every time I turn, the bigger the academy seems to get. I feel like I'm running in circles.

After a few minutes of running I slow down and lean against the wall with tears in my eyes. I didn't even realize my eyes were watering, but I got so frustrated that's probably why. My name echoes through the halls. But...only one person is calling it.

That voice belongs to Black Star.

The sounds of feet crashing to the ground bounces to wall to ceiling to wall to the floor. I wipe my eyes and lay my head in my hands. The feet seem to calm down but they're loser.

"Hey, (Y/n)! I've been looking for you EVERYWHERE! Everyone left hours ago." I look up to see him giving me a big ear-to-ear smile. I take a deep breath and look away. After a minute, I get up and stuff the paper in my back pocket. "What is that?" Black Star asks gently. His smile faded to a concerned expression.

"Wha-what? No. It's nothing." I wipe another frustration-tear and look out a window. The moon is up and full. The hallway is dark except for the moonlight creeping its way into the academy. To be honest, it's kinda romantic. What?

"Yeah, of course. Wait..." He pauses with anger. "Is somebody bullying you?If somebody's bullying you, you tell Ol' Black Star and I'll throw em out a window!" My clench my shirt and hold onto the edges tightly.

"No! No. I just got here. Why would anyone bully me?" My face goes red with embarrassment.

Black Star chuckles and puts an arm around my shoulder and starts walking. "I don't know, but seriously. I will throw them out a window."
