Tension

Reo and Ness had only kissed, so someone tell Reo why hes so hyper aware of every touch and even look Ness gives him. "Why do you two seem so.....? Tense?" Chigiri said, eyeing Reo and Ness with skepticism.
Reo and Ness flinched at the same time after hearing Chigiri's question.
"Okay something's sus." Chigiri stated.
"W-what are you talking about?" Reo said, cursing himself internally for stuttering.
"Did something happen between you two?" Kunigami asked.
"No." Ness replied almost immediately, flustered. But regretted it as he noticed the slight change in Reo's face. Damn, Im such an idiot! Ness thought to himself.
Did Ness kiss me on accident? Was it in the spur of the moment? Does he.... not like me? As Reo's thoughts were swirling in his head to the point of overflowing, Ness suddenly stood up.
"Ness? Whats wrong?" Kunigami asked with concern.
"I uh... Reo can we talk? In private?" Ness asked.
Reo almost flinched at the question, his thoughts going haywire but eventually he nodded.
As the two of them left Kunigami and Chigiri just exchanged silent words, confused.
Reo and Ness were walking in a very dense silence, it was suffocating.
As they walked both boys were desperate to know what the other was thinking but at the same time they didnt want to know they were afraid.
"Wh-where are we going?" Reo didnt even care that he stuttered anymore.
"To my place." Ness said.
As they reached Ness unlocked the door stepping inside and motioning Reo to do the same. As soon as Reo stepped in he was hit with the scent that differs in each home uniquely. It was comforting, warm and soft.
"Like my place? I know its not much but its what i call home." Ness said fondly.
"Its, nice..." Reo said his mind still clouded by thoughts.
What does he wanna talk about? Does he want me to forget the kiss? Reo thought, a part of him still having hope that thats not the case.
"So uh... make yourself at home, want some tea or coffee?" Ness said.
"Yeah coffee would be nice." Reo said, distracted by the posters of different bands.
"Ah, dont mind the posters theyre a bit cringe." Ness said blushing from embarrassment.
Cute. Reo thought.
As Ness went to make the coffee, Reo spotted an interesting notebook it was open... Wouldnt hurt to see right? Just a little peek. Reo flipped through the pages until he landed on a interesting page...

Reo's heart shattered into a million pieces as soon as he realized. Ness likes someone? Is that why he invited me? To tell me the kiss meant nothing? To tell me it was a mistake? A tear streamed down Reo's face.
"Reo!? Whats wrong? Why are you crying?" Ness asked concerned.
"I have to go... im sorry." Reo said and ran out while all Ness could do was stare. As soon as Reo left Ness's house, he burst into tears. He didnt care who saw him he just wanted to let it all out.
Meanwhile Ness was confused. Why did Reo run off crying? What the hell just happened? Is it my fault..? What did i do?

"As much as I would love to just kick Kaiser out, we need to do something about those two." Isagi said, clearly being evident with whom he was referring to.
"Yeah, no joke, those two are really depressing its even killing my vibe and my vibe never dies you know that!" Bachira said, still maintaining his playful demeanor which, depending on the situation would keep Isagi sane or make him go insane.
"Vibe? What? Forget it i wont even try to understand. So, what are we gonna do?" Isagi asked Bachira.
"Dont ask me! Ive got no clue! Only if we had a magic spell." Bachira said.
"A magic spell huh? Magic doesnt exist so- Wait Bachira youre a genius!" Isagi stated an idea clearly clicking through his mind.
"So, whats your idea?" Bachira asked curiously.
"We could, .........." Isagi says.
"Pfft thats so simple but it might work." Bachira grins.
"What are you two on about?" They both flinch as Kaiser enters the room, looking as usual which shocked them since he was crying.
"Yo." Nagi said with his usual monotone voice, and if Isagi and Bachira were completely honest they couldnt tell whether he was actually sad or not.
"Tch, Why do you two look so shocked?" Kaiser asked.
"No reason." Both of them said simulatianiously.
Kaiser gave them a skeptical look.

"Kunigami, do you think Reo is okay?" Chigiri asks, feeling concerned.
"I think he just needs a little space for now." Kunigami says trying to reassure Chigiri.
"Yeah I guess..." Chigiri says, showing the slightest hint of not being convinced.
"Chigiri, you good?" Kunigami asks picking up on it as he has lived with Chigiri for quite a while now and knows all about him, including but not limited to his exes, crushes and habits. Even the smallest ones, like how he tucks a strand of his long red hair back when hes flustered or how he smiles when teasing. Kunigami knows every little detail about him, he knows how he thinks but one thing he still cant put a finger on is why Chigiri likes him.
"Yeah im alright, you worry too much about others, try worrying about yourself sometime." Chigiri says, giving Kunigami a smile and a playful bump to his chest, snapping him out of his thoughts completely.
"Yeah thanks..." Kunigami says, still not used to compliments by not only Chigiri who was living with him, but anyone.
"Hah, still arent used to compliments huh?" Just as Chigiri said that both Kunigami and Chigiri received a message.

Guess whos back! Back again! Im back tell a friend! Jkjk how are yall? My schedule isnt consistant, somedays i feel lazy somedays i feel like actually doing smthn but dont worry i dont plan on leaving this unfinished! I will finish it, and I might also create a kunigiri fic in the same au so keep your eyes peeled for that.
