Picture of the dress Aisha is wearing for the date night with Hussain ;)
I was sitting in my pajamas in my bed. On the floor on a mattress I saw Samara still sleeping. We had prayed out Fajr prayer and went to bed afterwards and it was now 10 o'clock. Samara was fast asleep so I thought I'd go freshen up. I went to the bathroom and took a long shower and put on some simple light green salwar kameez on. It had short sleeves and the kameez went to about over the knees I loved these types thy were always my favorite, but I didn't wear them that often only when I was at home because i didn't like wearing short-sleeves when I wore my hijab outside I knew some girls who did but I couldn't get myself to.
I went out of the bathroom and let my hair out from the towel and thought I'd let it air dry. Samara was still sleeping and I had been in there for almost 20-25 minutes. I chuckled a bit on how much this girl could actually sleep. I took my phone from the bedside table and unlocked it I saw I had a message from last night after me an Samara had went to bed. I quickly opened the message and I almost jumped from the bed when I realized who it was.
It was Hussain. My heart skipped a beat. I have not felt like this before. I read the message.
"Hey Aisha :) I hope you remember the "date" we have tonight ;) unless you're thinking of canceling then just forget this message..."
I chuckled a bit on his insecurity. And decided to test him a bit.
"Oh I completely forgot about tonight... I actually have other plans..." I waited for his reply even tho he sent me this message last night and he would probably be asleep. But damn I was wrong right at that moment my phone indicated that I had gotten a message I quickly opened it.
"Ohh well that was awkward... I guess we can just do it some other time :( " I laughed a bit and decided it was enough.
"Haha, I'm just kidding :)" I decided we should stop talking so I put my phone away and decided I'd wake up Samara."Samara wake up" I tried waking her up calmly. But she didn't budge. Oh gosh.
"SAMARA" she jumped up and looked shocked.
"What?! Who died?! What happened?!" She looked around bewildered. I started laughing so hard on her facial expressions. She just kept starring at me. When she realized what was happens she glared at me and let out a grunt and went to the bathroom with me still laughing on the floor hysterically.
We both went downstairs to eat some breakfast. Mom was the only one in the kitchen earning up the dishes.
"Hey mom good morning! Where's dad and Rehan?" I went to the fridge and took out some yoghurt since I wasn't in the mood to eat anything heavy. Samara on the other hand went to the toaster and toasted some bread for her. I love how she just walks around here like its her own house it's so nice, I love this girl.
"Oh they've gone to work" she finished up the last bit "so sweetheart are you ready for the dinner?" She turned around to face me.
"Umm... Yeah I guess..." I decided not to tell my mother how weird and awkward I actually thought it was that my mother had said yes to me and Hussain meeting up alone. Well technically we wouldn't be alone since we were going to a restaurant but anyways you get what I mean.
"Aw baby I'm happy to hear that" then she turned to face Samara "and you miss gotta be sure to make her ready on time" she laughed and so did Samara whilst I just looked at them both. "I gotta go grocery shopping and then I'm going to a fried s house so I'll probably be home at around 5-ish I think. So you girls behave and get ready." Mom went upstairs and got ready in what seemed like 5 minutes and she said her Salam and hugged me tight because she didn't know if she would be home till when I had to go.
It was now 2 o'clock and we were sitting in my room reading some magazines and Samara kept blabbering about how hot Channing Tatum was. I couldn't stop laughing at her constant whining on why she couldn't get married to him. I then got a text and Samara jumped from one side of the bed to the other to get my phone. She took it read out the message
