Chapter Five

Niall POV

“Zayn, Im Nervous.” I said, I had been fidgeting all morning on our way to the Sugarscape offices to have our little chat with their staff. Zayn smiled gently at me and repeated the same he has had on repeat fore the last two hours.

“It’ll be fine, Im here for you right?” he asked and I smilled and noded, finally feeling a little bit better. The driver pulled into the spot right by the side entrance of Sugarscape’s building. Zayn climbed out the car and I followed close behind. I pulled the door open and walked towards the elevator door and stepped in pressing the little  three button. Soon enough we were in the main office and speaking to Melanie, the ostess.

“Hey, I called yesterday for an appointment to talk for an exclusive enterveiw.” Zayn said and she smilled s

“Hello Zayn, Niall.” She said nicey and nodded behind her, “You can go back there and Monica will be back there shortly, Okay?” she asked and we nodded and stepped into the smallish room. I sat down in one of the five chairs in the room and Zayn sat next to me. He looked at me and smiled sensing my nervousness and grabbed my hand. Just then, Monica went in.

“Hello boys!” she said nicely, “What are you here to talk abiut today? I was surprised to find out it was just the two of you.” She said and smiled

“umm, well. We just had some important news we thought the fans should know, so we came to you guys.” I sated with a nervous smile. Monica looked surprised then smiled and said,

“Oh, that’s great! We are glad you came to us first.” She said. She was nice and didn’t seem to pushy. I had a feeling this was going to go easier then I first thought. Monica pulled out a small notepad and red pen.

“Well, there are two things that we need to tell you guys, but, I think we are going to save one tidbit of information for later, today we just want to focus on the fact that…” Zayn said but began to trail off, slightly nudging me. I sucked in a large breath,

“We’re together.” I said and waited nervously. Monica first looked up in shock and then a giant smile covered her face.

“Oh my gosh! Are you serious? This is great! I always loved Ziall!!!” She said and clapped her hands excitedly. Zayn and I laughed, and let out a breath of air.

“I’m glad you do to.” Zayn said and looked at me and smiled. I could hear Monica sigh in the background. “Please do whatever you like with the story, just don’t make it to dramatic, yeah?” Zayn said and Monica smiled pleasantly and nodded

“I have to be off boys, please feel free to grab a coffee or something on your way out.” Monica said and skipped away, her favorite ship had just been brought to life. Zayn and I chuckled and he grabbed my hand, pulling me out if the room and into the elevator. It felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my chest. I was ecstatic, and so was Zayn. When we got back in the waiting Limo, I pecked Zayn on the cheek and we chuckled again. We soon got back to the house and Louis and Harry where on the couch.

“So how did it go?” Louis asked

“Great! The lady who interviewed us was so nice and apparently, Ziall is her favorite couple.” I said and everyone laughed. I heard my phone in the distance.

“ill be right back I’m gonna go see who that is.” I said and ran to my room. Thecaller I.D. sai it was Greg.

*PHONE CALL*

Hello”

“Hey Nialler, It’s me.”

“Hey Greg, What’s up?”

“Um, well I have to tell you something?”

“I have to tell you something too”

“Well I get to go first, I’m gay..”

“Oh my god are you serious, this is too funny.”

“Why?”

“Well, Gregio, I’m gay too.”

*Both laugh*

“That is pretty funny,”

“I know right! Zayn and I are together, and we just came out about an hour ago..”

“Good for you, Nialler! When are you gonna tell Mum?”

“Probably after we hang up.”

“Alright then, I’ll talk to you later okay Bud?”

“Okay talk to you later Greg! Love ya!”

“Bye Niall!”

 Zayn POV

I walked into the room just as Niall was saying goodbye to whoever was on the phone with. I wrapped my arms around him and put my chin on top of his head. When he hung up I spoke.

“Who was that?” I asked

“Greg, you’ll never guess why he called.” He said and turned around in my arms so he could face me.

“Why did he call?” I asked

“He’s gay, isn’t that so weird??” he said and I smiled. It was strange how the universe worked. We came out, and then Greg came out.

“Yeh, that is strange. Did you tell him we were gay too?” I asked and Niall nodded.

“I’m about to call Mum, If you want to speak to her?” He asked and I nodded back. He pulled himself out of my arms and dialed his Mum, hoping she was home.

(*AN* I’m not putting the whole phone call, but basically where I’m picking up is where they Tell Maura about their relationship.)

“Hey Momma Horan, Niall and I have to tell you something”

“What is it, Hun?”

“Well, Zayn and I are in a relationship, and I’m gay.”

“Awh, that’s great Niall, I always thought you had great chemistry”

*ALL LAUGH*

“Thanks Mum, I love you!”

“You’re welcome Hunny! I have to go, Greg’s calling.”

“Talk to you later Momma Horan!”

“Bye Zayn, Niall, Love you!”

“Bye”

*END*

“I’m so glad everyone knows now.” Niall sighed and laughed. I looked at him and he finally looked carefree since he found out he had cancer. He had three more days to decide how he wanted to treat it, and no one has brought it up since the other day. I decided until those three days were up, I was ignoring it.

“Hey, Niall, I love you.” I said and he turned from making the bed and smiled at me.

“I love you too Zayn.” He said and walked over and gave me a kiss.

“Let’s call Liam and go get Lunch with Haz and Louis.” I said and he kissed me again.

“Okay, sounds good” he said, grabbed his phone and walked out of the room with me.

Wow, no updates for 6 months and I apologize. It’s coming up on spring break, so I will post more and I committing to this story. ;D But, don’t expect any updates on the weekdays till the end of May.
