When Will I Get Adopted ?

Johnny stayed at the Adoption Center over night.  Jacquelin had told him that she would come check on him everyday at about 2:30 p.m. A lot of people came to the adoption center but they never took a peek at Johnny. Jaquelin had told Johnny that many people weren't interested in him because of his past. They said he would be violent person and a threat to many people. Johnny felt very hurt inside and wished he could be at home with his mom, but he new that would never happen. Johnny burst into tears. " Believe it or not, I was in the same condition as you!" said Jaquelin. That's why my team picked me to help you out. I am also happy they picked me. " If nobody wants me can i live with you?" asked Johnny. He didn't want to sound rude but he wanted to live someone that he could trust and someone that he knew cared about him. Jaquelin explained to Johnny why that idea wouldn't work out unless 3 years passed and nobody offered to adopt him. Jaquelin also explained to Johnny that there was a adoption school beneath him. He would had to go there everyday and complete all assignments given to him. Once Johnny started school they learned that he was a great reader. He was okay in math and science. His writing was sloppy but he could spell. The only thing Johnny had a problem in was Science. He said that it was probably since he wasn't taught enough since he was 4 when he learned everything he knew. Jaquelin learned that Johnny wanted to be a Basketball Player. He wanted to be able to shoot a 3 pointer and dribble the ball between his legs how all the boys in his old neighborhood did. Johnny now had a dream. He wanted it to come true, and he was going to make sure right away!
