"Please don't post that" Phil pleaded Dan,
"What do you think's going to happen?" Dan threw Phil a playful grin,
"It's not like they can find out where we are, what restaurant this is from a selfie"
"You shouldn't underestimate them, Dan" Phil told him,
"I wouldn't be surprised if they found out",
"You're such a worrier", Dan laughed leaning in to plant a kiss on Phil's forehead and taking his hand simultaneously. He had already posted the picture of them both.
Only when they sat down did they realise how extravagant the place was. Placed on every single table was a single rose accompanied by a candle.
"Wow Phil, you really weren't lying when you told me it was fancy"
"You'd better appreciate this. I had to book this months in advance" Dan smiled up at his loving boyfriends and knew that he would never question Phil's immense kindness.
"Oh, no" Phil groaned,
"They DO have chopsticks. Do you think I can ask for a knife and fork?" Phil gave Dan a lazy grin. Dan laughed at him. He, himself, had already mastered the art of chopsticks having eaten Chinese food countless times. He knew that Phil had never bothered to even attempt using them.
"But Phil that would spoil the aesthetic" Dan replied playfully. Phil pulled a mock sad face and filled his eyes with sorrow looking up at Dan.
"Sure" Dan giggled. It would only make the meal problematic if Phil was given the challenge of eating with chopsticks.
When Phil had his knife and fork and they had ordered their food Dan began to really appreciate the setting and atmosphere that they were immersed in. He took out his phone and started taking a few pictures of the beautiful, photogenic, Chinese decoration that surrounded them.
"Not for instagram" Phil barked, his tone demanding.
"Why not?" Dan's attention still on the romantic scenery that enveloped him.
"The Phandom is terrifying. From just a handful of photos I'm sure they can find out where we are, we don't want them stalking us again" Phil actually looked slightly frightened so Dan nodded and slid his phone back into his pocket promising himself not to post anything more. He made a mental note to check with Phil before he posted something that involved him.
"The Phandom can be freaky sometimes" Phil continued,
"I know" Dan said raising his eyebrows,
"I swear they must scour the internet for mentions of anything that could involve us" Dan looked at him.
"That scares you?" Phil nodded,
"You'll have to get used to it. It's probably always going to happen now" Dan told him harshly,
"I know", Phil sighed.
