It was a dark and windy night above the wizarding prison, AzKaban. And on that night, in that place, twins were born. They were born to Bellatrix Lestrange (Nee Black). She had been saying that these two children were hers and her husbands, but that was a lie. Their true father was Lord Voldemort. It was the night of April 20, 1992. You are wondering how this is possible? Well let's say that Voldemort's soul(don't ask me how) came to Azkaban. Anyway. These two children were called Vella and Jay Riddle. Even at the birth of these children bellatrix and Voldemort knew that they were going to follow in their footsteps.
