Reyansh was about to burst in rage if not for Aastha patting his chest and calming his nerves down. She doesn't know what he heard in the call but something went very wrong.
"What happened, Reyansh?
"Uh nothing, it was about Sharvari, she is still in coma, that's all".
No this isn't the matter Aastha was sure but nodded in agreement.
Reyansh didn't want Aastha to worry more, her condition is already not well, and this information about Zaid might make her more worried. He is capable enough to deal alone, no need to drag his close ones here, he will silently keep everyone secure before Zaid could do anything.
Reyansh looked at Aastha's softened expression and then travelled his eyes towards her lips. The next second he leaned onto kiss her. It was a mixture of passion, need and softness.
When Reyansh claimed he would ruin her lipstick for good, he was right. By the end of their date night, he had devoured her lips five times, each time more extreme than previous one that made her lips swollen a bit with all her lipstick ruined too, thankfully he had suggested her to keep one with her in purse.
Aastha noticed how weird and distant Reyansh was behaving throughout the drive, his strained muscles, angry scowl and discomfort, all were evident. But she wouldn't directly ask about that now.
Once reaching the mansion, Reyansh helped her step out and both entered the empty hall, everyone might have slept since it was late.
They checked on Ritik who was not sleeping alone but Rajshree was laying beside him.
