The Preparations

Taehyung brought Y/n to his home, and from that moment, he became her constant support. No matter how busy his day got, he always made time for her. When Y/n's mood would dip, Taehyung would whisk her away on little spontaneous trips, just to see that smile again. With each passing day, they built memories together, and Y/n began to feel like she finally had someone who truly cared about her, someone who would always be there.

(A year later)

One morning, Y/n stood at the stove, preparing breakfast for them both. As she moved around the kitchen, Taehyung completed his shower and hurried downstairs. His eyes immediately found Y/n and with a soft sigh, he rushed to her side, guiding her to sit at the table.

"Y/n.. how many times do I have to tell you not to push yourself? You should be resting, not cooking." Y/n smiled at him"I love cooking for you, Taehyung. I'll feel worse if I don't. I don't want to be pampered all the time, I want to help."

Taehyung smiled back, his voice filled with care. "If you really want to help, then get better, okay? That's the best thing you can do for me." Y/n pouted playfully. "But I'm already better! The doctor even took off all my bandages. Do you still think I need rest?"

Taehyung gently cupped her cheek. "You still have some healing to do, and until you're completely better, you need to rest, okay?"

He made her breakfast and they ate together. Afterward, Taehyung left for work, while Y/n started another of her playful dramas to pass the time.

At the office, Taehyung parked his car and headed to the elevator. Jimin rushed to catch up with him "Hey, Taehyung!" Jimin said grinning as he enter the elevator along with Taehyung "You've been saying for a whole year now that you've got something special planned. So, when are you finally going to propose to Y/n?"

Taehyung smiled, teasing "You'll find out soon enough, Jimin." Jimin rolled his eyes "Stop playing around! You've been dragging this out for a year! Do you even have a plan, or are you just playing with me!!"

Before Taehyung could answer, the elevator doors opened, and Jungkook stepped in, holding his phone "Hyung, I was just about to call you," Jungkook said, flashing a bright smile.

Taehyung placed a hand on Jungkook's shoulder "Did you finish that task I gave you last night", Jungkook nodded with a bright smile "Yes Hyung, the results are amazing, want to see..", Taehyung nodded and walked with him towards their practise room.

Jimin, now walking behind, continued listening intently as they entered the practice room. The moment they walked in, all the members turned toward them.

Namjoon with a smiling widely "Taehyung! Everything's set for the stage!", Taehyung smiled at him "Thank you Namjoonie.."

Hoseok, ever the energetic one, walked to Taehyung and slung an arm around Taehyung's shoulders "What about the video you planned.. Is it ready?". Taehyung pointed toward Jungkook "Jungkook handled it, he's the best editor I know."

Jungkook bowed proudly, making everyone laugh, but Jimin still seemed lost.

Jimin looked more confused "What are you all talking about.. Special video? Special preparation? Someone tell me what's going on!"

Taehyung just smiled "Don't worry, Jimin. You'll find out soon enough."

Jimin, growing impatient, grabbed Taehyung by the collar "That's it! Enough teasing! You've been saying that for a year! Tell me everything now!"

Everyone laughed, but Jin decided to spoil the fun "Jimin, stop acting like that, Taehyung's been planning a special proposal for Y/n at tomorrow's concert."

Jimin froze, his jaw dropping "A proposal? At the concert?", Taehyung nodded, eyes twinkling.

Jimin, slightly hurt, crossed his arms "Why didn't you tell me earlier? Have I become a stranger to you.."

Jungkook jumped in, pulling Jimin away from Taehyung. "Hyung, he told us last night! We were in on it too." Jimin let out a dramatic sigh, rolling his eyes "Still, you couldn't tell me this morning?"

Taehyung hugged Jimin, giving him a puppy-eyed look "I'm sorry, Jimin. I just wanted to tease you a little". Jimin scoffed but couldn't help the smile tugging at his lips. "Save that charm for Y/n. It won't work on me."

The whole group burst into laughter at their playful banter.

Suddenly, Hoseok clapped his hands, bringing everyone back to focus. "Alright, alright, enough teasing. We've got a concert to prepare for! And Jimin, make sure you don't fall this time, okay?"

Everyone laughed again, with Yoongi adding his own teasing remark. "Maybe Jimin needs special lessons to learn how to stand still on stage."

Jimin blushed furiously, embarrassed, and the entire room couldn't help but laugh at his adorable reaction.
