This month of February, the Fantasy profile celebrates Black History Month, an annually observed commemorative month that celebrates and honors Black heritage and culture. The Fantasy profile seeks to shine a spotlight on Black authors within the community with Fantasy, Written by Black Authors.

With this anthology, we are calling all Black fantasy writers to use their magic to fabricate fantastical worlds and beings. To craft experiences and histories, conversations and relationships. Immortalizing their creations through words on a page.
