A Promise

Jeff's P.O.V

He stood there in awe still stricken by the fact that Liu was standing in front of him. He asked if they come be a lone in an alley or an abandoned place in which they could speak freely. Jeff lead a way to an old apartment complex which was one of his many favorite places to hang out in. Jeff told Liu he could sit anywhere he liked in which he only nodded and sat on the old roting couch with multiple cigarette burns courtesy of Jeff.

It was a bit more silent despite the creaking floor boards when Jeff walked around and finally sat on the wooden chair that was left behind as well.

"Liu..." Jeff started. Liu looked up with a little smile then it turned into sorrow. "What happened to you" Jeff spoke out of fear.

Liu looked up nd put his hands on his head and shook. Then with in the silents Liu chuckled "You're a damn idiot" then he look at up at Jeff his laughing growing louder. Then it stopped as he hug his head.

"L-Liu...?" Jeff went to reach for his brother but his hand stopped as another grabbed it tightly. Jeff trembled a little but he looked to see Liu was giving him a psychotic smile. But what made it wise was that his eyes were full of hatred and a killer instinct. "Li--"

"I'm not Liu bitch!" He barked in a rough deep voice. He snarled and punched Jeff in the gut. Jeff fall to his knees but was kick with a knee. Then Liu's voice soft but unapologetic "Jeff. You're an idiot who deserve to see death"

Crack. That's when Jeff cried out as his rib cage was broke from the impact of Liu driving in his knee. Jeff growled bit his lip and thrusted a blade like hand to his brothers side. He fumbled away at this Jeff head-butted Liu stepped a few feet away to get out his knife. Liu struggled to get up back up but he eventually did.

"Who the hell are you! You're not my brother" Jeff growled. The man laughed holding his stomach then stopped looking dead in the eye with Jeff. The worlds he spoke were cold nd menising. "I'm your brother dark heart! I'm your nightmare... I'm Souly. And I'm here on his order"

"His? Who the hell are you taking about" Jeff held his blade tight. And the man laughed again then gave one more of his smiles "He who comes to destroy. He who puts many insane. He who loves that woman you hold so dear to." He laughed then his aura change drastically as well for his voice "HeLlO JeFfrEy iT's NIce tO sEe yOu" Jeff's blood boiled and said under his breath "You asshole"

"Aw JeFfrEy ThAt's No WaY To SpEaK tO yOuR fAtHer" he chuckled. Jeff snarled and stated "You are not my father! You sick son of a--" Liu's body lunged at Jeff punching him and laughed again but with a sad crying tone.

"You and I made a promise Jeff remember... Remember you fuckin' ass! You promise" his eyes watered as he pounded his fists in Jeff's face. Jeff had enough of the mind tricks. Wiggling out from under him landing a punch to his gut rounding him over pinning him. Jeff roared in his face then punching him over and over again. So much anger was poured out. He smiled as his big brother had blood tickle down his face. When he was coming in for another Liu spit on his eyes then sucker punch him giving them a few feet of space as he and Jeff caught their breathes. Liu stood up beckoning Jeff to come when a loud shirk that Jeff turned to see a little demon crow like animal. It shirked again louder than the last. Jeff covered his ears and yelled for it to shut up but it didn't. It took a few minutes but felt like hours and it finally stopped and disappeared.
