(All of the N.E.S.T. Villains already evacuated due to Victor's treachery and attempt to kill Andy as Dormammu returned in time to get rid of him. Now Andy is watching his co-workers building an artificial Nemesis Cybertronian who has the data of Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus who was defeated by Grimlock and Zach Snow three years ago.)
Andy: (smirks evilly) Arise... Nemesis Magnus!
(He feels a buzz from his pocket and checked on his phone as Ingram messaged him. He reads it and notices that Nancy will unleash Project Apocalypse the Ultimate Symbiote after the battle between Grimlock and The Fallen.)
Andy: The time has come, my old friend. Let us begin.
(As the co-workers finish building Nemesis Magnus, they evacuate while Andy presses some buttons, awakening him.)

(He then transforms into a truck as he goes to face Grimlock. Andy walks away from the facility and heads to the shelter where no Symbiotes can find them.)
Andy: (grins evilly) Grimlock won't stand a chance against Nemesis Magnus. Hahaha.
(He keeps walking away as the scene cuts to the opening.)

(The Opening starts with the Kaotic Avengers logo as the Alien Dino Thunder Megaforce logo passes through it, and it shows five of the Megaforce Heroes (Ben 10, Grimlock, Kamen Rider Ichigo, Optimus Prime and Ultraman Z) as Ben 10 activates his Omnitrix, and the title is shown.)

(The Alien Dino Thunder Megaforce logo changes to the Kaotic Avengers logo as it zooms in and three Megaforce Villains (Vile MK-II, Ferham and Gate) descend from the skies and Vile starts shooting.)
MEGAFORCE! MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE!
(The Maverick Hunters (Mega Man X, Zero and Axl dodge the attacks as Ben 10 (as Four Arms) gestures his compatriots to charge forward while Andy Riendhardt (Kamen Rider Riot Drive) and Noboru Kayama (Super Shredder Ranger) join the three Mavericks.)
MEGAFORCE WAGING BATTLE TO DESTROY THE EVIL FORCES OF KAOTIC AVENGERS!
(X and Vile go to clash while Zero manages to hold Ferham, who throws him, but he lands and draws his Z-Saber to charge at her as she dodges. Osamu Uraraka (Green Dino Ranger) joins the villains as he charges at the heroes.)
