The Move

Beep beep beep. I woke up to my alarm going off and I looked over and it says 4:30. Ugh. It's to early. Bzzzz. My phone lit up and reminded me to pack my computer and phone charger. I saw a message from Mark. It said he sent it at 2:36 a.m. I started texting him thinking he would be awake
L: Hey
M: I'm gonna miss you a lot
L: I'm gonna miss you to
My mom came in and said we had to leave now for the airport
L: I have to go. Bye. And oh. I love you to.
M: bye;)
(Later in the plane)
Mom and steph had to sit in the middle row. And I got to sit in an isle. The flight was short considering I slept the whole time. When we got to our hotel I went in and plopped on one of the beds. I fell asleep there and I'm pretty sure steph and mom slept in the same bed. I texted Mark hoping he was out of school. Surely enough he was and he had some very big news.
M: Hey Lia. How is the Cali weather. Have you seen your new house?
L: Hey. The weather is really cool. And no. The people haven't moved out yet.
M: That sucks. Can you oovoo right now?
Lia: ya. My mom and steph went to go get lunch.
We oovood for over an hour and he said he really likes me. And he was gonna bring Lexi down to Cali with him so he can see me. I was super happy. And I really miss them. But I'm also happy to go to a new school and make more friends. Back at my old school I was pretty popular and liked. I was always nice and people knew me. But going to a new school in a new state is really weird. At least I think it is. I went to sleep that night thinking about when me and mark kissed in my room. And how much I miss that. I wish he would come faster so I can see him. But I have to tell Lexi what happened.

We got to the house and the furniture truck was there unloading our stuff. My mom said to go find our rooms. I found mine and it had a great big window. A small walk in closet and my very own bathroom. I set up my bed and put my clothes in my dresser. I put my old posters up and a few pictures of Lexi, Mark and I. I really missed them a lot. I set up my laptop and went on skype. I started to skype Mark and Lexi. Lexi answered first then Mark. I told them about my house and showed them my room. I also told them that I start school at Sun Valley high. We also arranged time schedules of when we could call eachother and text. I later went to bed at around 1:00 cause we were laughing and making jokes for 2 hours.
I woke up to my mom rubbing my back. I didn't seem to find my alarm clock in any of my boxes. "I must have put one of my boxes in stephs room that had my alarm clock and other things"- I said in a sluggish voice to mom. "Well you need to get up. You are already late so go shower and be down in the kitchen in 25 minutes"- mom said leaving my room. I got up and took a short hot shower. I got dressed in a black and white striped shirt and acid washed skinny jeans and my all black converse. I then did my make up and went to go wake steph up. As a ran downstairs I smelt bacon and waffles. Two of my favorite foods. Mom said she had a surprise for me and told me to look in the garage. As I walked there I thought maybe she got me a bike to ride to school. When I walked in I saw a silver jeep. "Mom is this my car?"- I said in shock. "Yup. All yours. And here are your keys"- mom said giving me the keys. "Do I have to share this with you?"- I asked. "Only for a little until the old car comes"- mom said walking back in the house. "Can I drive to school?"- I said getting in with my bag. "Only if you take your sister to school. Also since steph is a freshman she now goes to your school. Not the middle school"- mom replied talking to me and steph. "Really I get to be in a high school. With Lia??!"- steph said in shock. "Yes but you two have to get going. Sun Valley is down the street"- mom said waving goodbye.

SO NOTHIN HAPPEND IN THIS CHAPTER BESIDES THEM GETTING THERE AND MOVING IN
