is a beautiful thing when a person makes another feel worthy, feel loved, and mature enough to carry on the relationship. no matter how fucked up their mind can be, seeing up their face would blur everything.
taehyung was feeling the same thing
and could he even say something when jungkook lied in his lap like a child, playing with his phone after eating him through his words? there's no way taehyung could propel his actions forward since all he did was brush jungkook hair away until he stood up, hugging taehyung like he'll disappear. there was a little mumble in jungkook's speech, each time he breathed out with his lips puckered and those red cheeks after been out in the cold, was a sight to see.
taehyung slowly cupped jungkook's cheek, his fingers caressing those closed eyes while he looked at that beautiful face, face carved like a greek statue. so beautiful yet silent.
"gosh you look so cute right now" taehyung mumbled to himself, earning a giggle from jungkook. his eyes now scanning the brunette's lips, now come to think of it. taehyung never saw those piercing on his lips this intently, though it always amused him of how good and sexy it looked on jungkook, as if it just adorned his personality.
after jungkook made dinner with taehyung beside him, not helping at all since cooking was never made for him, he gradually helped cutting vegetables, filling up liquor and making the table. after all jungkook made dinner for two people, it was the least he could do.
the dinner was quite chaotic, with delicious tastes and their mirth joining along. jungkook's smile had always grown since he started living with taehyung, but now seeing that genuine bunny smile plastered on jungkook's face made taehyung realise that it was worth not talking about anything that could lead to him being cold or rude, not that he's rude with taehyung. jungkook had always been so happy, loving to the blonde, nevertheless thanks to taehyung's notion reckoning mind. his overthinking may eat him alive at this point.
though could anyone call taehyung crazy at this point, for the boy has seen jungkook behaving so strange when it comes to other people talking to taehyung, being friendly with him and getting into fights for the latter. it was something that taehyung feared.
because he knew.

but never thought he'd go this far.
nevertheless, after getting away from the tight hug, taehyung insisted on studying even after jungkook whined like a baby, soughing his disagreement that made taehyung giggle.
