Another year has passed. It has been a rough 4 years for the Johnson's and they want to move on with their lives. They are going to adopt another son today. The adoption went through and now the Johnson's have another son, Aiden. He is 14 years old, that's how old Aj is. The Johnson's love their new son Aiden, he is such a wonderful kid. He loves walking on the beaches. The Johnson's got a huge folder all about Aiden. They had some doubts about him at first just from the information about his past. Aiden was a trouble maker. Aiden always broke things in the house, never listened, and talked back. But the lady that gave them the folder convinced them that he has changed. The Johnson's just wanted to give it a try since they couldn't be a parent to Aj. They miss Aj so much but they didn't want to grieve anymore they want to start over and keep Aj in their prayers and memories. The police still update the Johnson's if they have any leads but all of them are a dud. Everyone thinks that Aj is dead but the Johnson's don't want to think like that, they want to believe that their son is still alive but they're losing hope. People send the Johnson family cards and gift baskets pretty often just to be generous but they know they just feel bad for them. All the Johnson's want is to have their Aj back, to care, to laugh, and to love him again.
