Sera's is suddenly woken up by the sound of her ringtone and moves to reach onto her nightstand and picks up the phone.

"Hello?" she says groggily into the phone.

"Hey Sera," Liam says and Sera glances at the clock on her nightstand.

"Li? It's late what are you doing up?" she asks gently.

"You know how we promised to always tell each other everything?"

"Yeah." She sits up and rubs the sleep from her eyes. "What's going on?"

"I haven't been able to sleep since fighting the berserker. And I just- I think I would feel better if someone was here with me," Liam explains with a shaky voice.

"Yeah. Yeah, of course. I'll be right over." Sera moves out of bed and quickly packs an over night bag. She moves quickly past Scott's room and out of the house to her car, tossing her duffel bag in the passenger seat and speeding off to Liam's house.

Sera pulls into the driveway of the Dunbar-Geyer household and quickly exits her car. She jogs up to the front door and Liam pulls it open, quickly ushering the Hayes girl inside.

"Hey, thanks for coming," Liam greets and guides her up to his room.

"Of course, I'm always here for you Li." Liam walks into his completely lit up room and spins around to watch Sera take in the space.

"You can take the bed and I'll sleep on the floor if you want," Liam suggests and Sera shakes her head.

"No, you need to get a good nights sleep, you sleep in your bed, I'll sleep on the floor." Liam looks at her unsure and she smiles at him in reassurance. "I'll be fine. You need to be as comfortable as possible if there's even a chance you're going to sleep tonight."

"Fine," Liam relents and Sera sets her bag down by the door and moves to lay on the pallete of blankets and pillows on the floor by Liam's bed.

"Turn the light off whenever your ready, Li." Liam nods and hesitantly leans forward to turn the light off. After a few minutes of laying in silence and Liam tossing and turning, he turns back towards the side of the bed Sera is laying on.

"Hey Sera," Liam calls and Sera hums in response, letting the boy know she's listening. "Have you ever been really scared since you learned about the supernatural world?"

"Yeah, a couple times. There was sophmore year when Scott first got bit we were stuck in the school because of Peter Hale. Then there was when Stiles was possessed by the dark kitsune and then when my mom got sick... I- um... started inheiriting my powers and I didn't know what was happening to me anymore. Now she's gone," Sera whispers and Liam looks at her sympathetically. "I'm scared all the time, Liam. I've just learned to hide it."

"Was Scott ever scared?" he asks.

"I don't know. We don't really talk about it but, I know he was scared the first couple of months after he got bit." Sera explains and Liam nods. "It's okay to be scared, you're a freshman, you just moved schools. I mean- you've got a lot going on regardless of all the supernatural stuff we have going on. And it's okay to take a step back from that stuff to focus on the other things you're going through."

"Thank you for everything, Ser." Sera smiles at him and nods.

"Anything for my little brother," she replies.

"Lydia? Lydia." Malia says getting the banshee's attention to show her her latest math score. She had come running up to Sera earlier to show her the test score and even though it's a C-minus, Sera couldn't be prouder of the werecoyote. "Did you hear me? Look! I passed!"

"C-minus..." Lydia reads off of the paper Malia is holding up.

"Your notes are great when they're not written in code." Malia says and Sera giggles from behind Lydia.

"Disappointed, Malia- profoundly disappointed." Coach says when he passes back her test.

"I'll send you my notes." Lydia says when Malia looks over at her.

"It's over," Kira reassures when Lydia begins to look nervous.

"Thank God," Sera mumbles.

"The computers are off. No more assassins. No more murders. No one's dying." Kira continues.

"Not yet," Lydia mumbles.

"Liam, you're gonna be okay. All right?" Stiles reassures as the two move closer to the stands.

"Want me to stay here if he shows up?" Malia asks Stiles after he explained that Scott was missing and he had to leave so he could find him.

"Yes," Stiles says and quickly walks off.

"Liam! Get on the field!" coach calls.

"He's gonna find them," Sera reassures when Liam looks unsure about playing in the game.

"Liam, for the love of God, Move!" coach yells and Liam runs onto the field as Sera and Malia watch him go.

"So, who's winning?" Peter asks the two girls who look over at the sound of the oldest Hale's voice.

"Well," Sera says as she stands up. "Normally I would ask if you're okay if I go but I think you'll be fine." Sera says to Malia.

"Leaving so soon?" Peter asks and Sera turns to glare at him.

"I don't really like to spend my free time with homicidal freak shows." Sera retorts and walks off.

"What the hell happened?" Stiles asks when he, Stilinski, and Sera walk into Derek's loft.

"It was supposed to be a date..." Derek says and Sera frowns.

"I'm guessing it didn't go well." She mumbles and Stiles levels her with a glare.

"And they were both here?" Stilinski asks.

"And they're both gone." Braeden responds. Stiles' phone rings and he picks it up after the first ring.

"Hey," he answers and as the other person on the phone begins talking. "Scott and Kira. We just don't know where."

Sera knows Scott and Kira can handle themselves but for both of them to be taken without a trace means that their kidnapper had to be extremely powerful. Someone might not walk out of this one alive and Sera would be damned if it was someone she cared about.
